This is not what I expected to be delivered. This was plastic bag delivery. No brownie box no drizzle on it. Just attached in plastic with the baking cup and not the balloon I selected. I will never choose this service provider again. First impressions are everything.What I expected in the second picture.What I got was the first and last picture.
I always use this location to send my friends and family gifts. Arrangements are delivered on time with high quality produce and good customer service.

This is a terrible business. Not welcoming inside the store and does not communicate well with orders and deliveries. Personally myself and others have ordered from here and have always had a problem. They deliver horrible looking arrangements and if there’s a problem they never help or refund anything. I’ve worked for amazing businesses in my life and I’ve seen places have amazing customer service and this place does not have that. Stingy, rude, and unprofessional. That’s all I have to say. If I ever need an edible arrangement again I will drive the extra 20 min to Newtown square. Or even better nothing bunt cakes is amazing and has amazing customer service. Edible arrangements is a franchise guys and this franchise sucks. Manager is very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.
Beautiful arrangements well satified
Zero stars wasn’t an option unfortunately. As a former employee of this organization (at a different location) I have always recommended this place to most people because the one I worked at in Warrington PA was amazing. This location on the other hand is a differently run establishment - we received a duplicate order (a family member sent an expensive arrangement with a get well card for my son) and although for whatever reason their system picked up on two of the same exact order of a HUGE arrangement with the card saying THE SAME EXACT MESSAGE... nobody called to clarify that this wasn’t a mistake. (They just took the money)- once we told her we got two arrangements that were exactly the same naturally my aunt tried to sort it out rationally and have at least most of the money given back... she was refused by the store (Corporate has no balls bc they said all they can do is encourage the store do to the right thing). Most recently, the store manager has said that she is calling the local police to report this case as a theft on our part!!!! ARE YOU CRAZY!? This is my first bad experience with an edible arrangement but really I believe truly shows what the character and experience of management at this store, which can only trickle down to employees. As I write this, this store has a 3.2 rating so clearly this is getting to be an accurate reflection of the business. I recommend sherries berries if this happens to be your local store.
Terrible customer service, quality of fruit sent was not edible had to be thrown out. Tried to resolve problem but the owner would do nothing about it. complained to paypal and the corporate office, so far nothing has been done. Corporate office said is handling it but to date nothing. That was a month ago. This owner has 3 stores in the local area, will never order from there again. The fruit was rotten and had to be thrown in garbage. It was the boxed fruit. I order from various stores as I live out of state but will not anymore. Its impossible to get to corporate customer service.
I placed an order for my mothers birthday over three months ago, order wasnt delivered until the day after. I called and asked why and was told that they called and someone said no one was home and to deliver the next day. This is not true at all, store manager has yelled at me multiple times over the phone, refuses to call me when I was told several times that she would call to issue refund, and today hung up on me and refused to refund me after calling me boy. I cannot believe this kind of customer service is being allowed at this location. Safe to say I will never return to this company.
I have worked with and sent many arrangements through out my years and hands down this location is by far has the worst customer service. When people are calling a place to send an arrangement it is usually for a loved one for various reasons, you want to get a helpful person on the other end assisting you in the arrangement you are going to send. You want someone with compassion. This location DOES NOT have that, the manager at this location is very rude and disrespectful to customers. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT use this location to send any arrangements. I would suggest another location. Shame on Edible Arrangements for allowing a location to operate like this and treat their customers so poorly.
Fresh fruit, friendly, on time delivery. Order arrived as promised, and looked amazing. The driver had to deliver it all the way in Kennett Square, and he was very pleasant. Will definitely use them again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OR THE EXTON LOCATION!They are owned by the same management team. I’ve put in 6 orders this week for families who’ve lost loved ones due to the virus. None of the deliveries have had issues until I placed this order at West Chester today. After placing the order, I received several calls advising that they have to charge additional charges in addition to what I paid online. I advised the caller that I didn’t want anything more or less, but just the order I placed online which provided for free delivery. The order was cancelled and I ordered from Exton online. Repeat of the same call however this time with extra BS. I had no idea they were the same owners until I received the exact call again. I told the caller that their practice of calling customers to add charges after online orders clearly articulated prices was ridiculous and quite frankly I feel like they are looking to squeeze customers for additional funds and fees. I will not patronize a business that clearly doesn’t appreciate its customers. Poor customer service at these two franchises. I ordered from another location as I’ve always used edible arrangements and typically have no issues, but hope to receive better service at the alternative location. Do not order from here or Exton.
Be aware, there are other similar businesses that will provide you with a much better service. My brother in-law ordered birthday arrangement for me with instruction leave at the door. The arrangement arrived around 7 pm, I was not home, came back late through the garage, didnt discover fruit until next day. The temperature during the night went below freezing. Called the office, told them the fruit froze, then though out and was terrible except for pineapple. Got apology that nobody called me after dropping off the container. Was told it was their policy. I asked them to call my brother in-law and reimburse him. They did call but only offered sending some strawberries. They figured out this is cheaper way out of it. I called back, was not happy with the resolution, asked why they didnt follow up with their calling policy and answer was the driver calls if he has time . Asked when the fruit will arrive. Answer was I dont know when the driver will get there.I suppose you got a picture.
There was an issue with my order so I called the store. They could not properly explain what happened so they said the District manager would call me back. The District Manager finally called me back basically at the end of the day. I was trying to understand what happened and asking several questions and explaining my side of things. The District Manager became very angry and hung up on me when I attempted to discuss it with him. He claimed I was being argumentative and yelling when I was doing neither. He never once asked how he could assist me in getting the order corrected. Dont waste your money here!!! 1-800 Flowers now does fruit arrangements. They have excellent customer service and my mother loved the gift. I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements again and Ive told all my friends the same. If I could give negative stars I would!!!
This store has the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order anything from this location. Find another Edible Arrangements store and order from them instead. My experience has been absolutely horrifying and words cant even explain the level of unprofessional-ism. I tried to reasonably work out an issue of a duplicate order. When the situation couldnt by amicably resolved I was threatened by the store manager Jennifer that she was calling the local police department on me after I stopped payment on my credit card. You try to do something nice and send a loving gift to sick family members and in return you get treated with disrespect and ZERO compassion. This specific location is a franchise and really needs to terminated by corporate Edible Arrangements if they dont want their brand tarnished in the local West Chester area.
Walked in for my first time and really wasnt sure what I wanted. From the beginning to the end the young lady at the front desk was so helpful in explaining everything they had to offer. Walked out with a beautiful Kiwi Mango Daisy arrangement with chocolate dipped strawberries. It was a hit with everybody at my brothers birthday party. And it was delicious! Ill be back. Next time I may take advantage of their online ordering.
Since the posting of earlier reviews, the Edible Arrangement store in West Chester has evolved into a great business! The associates deliver exceptional customer service and excellent fruit arrangements. They were attentive to my requests and delivered a perfect product to my friends.

Horrible. Called to cancel order, employee confirmed order had not been delivered on Valentines Day, but she isnt allowed to cancel only Priya the manager and gave me the number for Exton store. I called and sat on hold for 10 minutes. Called back, sat on hold and was hung up on. Called back waited another 25 minutes on hold for the line to go dead again. Told my husband to dispute through PayPal which he did, and stated order never delivered. They had the audacity to send the order the next day, driver dumped and run on the porch. Not only were the berries small, unripe and shoddy, he said they were missing the white chocolate swirl. They told PayPal they delivered and still hit him with the upcharge for same day delivery. They knew we didnt want the order, and it certainly wasnt worth 50.00. Better companies out there than them. Stay far away.
Great place to order for walk ins and delivery
Wow! This place has gone bad!I just got an arrangement from them.My friend from Chicago sent it to me, The fruits are in bad shape, they look like they are old frozen fruits that has been left out for a wile the stars pineapples dont even have the stars shape anymore, the grapes are soft and the Honeydew balls are falling apart ...I know this was very expensive!!!I will never tel my friend, of coarse I wont make her feel like I dont appreciate the gift.How could I ? 😳Watch out!! 😡

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALWAYS CLEAN
Walked in and no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell several times and no one came out. I peeked in the employee section and they were all talking and on their cell phones. I knocked on the door, for someone to come to the window to tell me to wait a minute. I waited, and the same lady opened the door to tell me to wait just a little bit longer. I had to walk out because at that point I had been there 10 minutes just waiting to place an order. I will not be going there again. BAD customer service
