During our recent snow/ice storm, I took our snowblower out and unknowingly shot ice at my lamp post. Of course the glass shattered. I took the shattered glass to West Chester Glass and left. Within 30 minutes they called to say the job was complete. Great people, quick response and fair price.

It doesnt matter if I throw a small residential shower door job at them, a commercial storefront, or even a fogged window. Every single time, they complete the job on time and under budget. Dont buy from them, dont work for them. I worked for this company for two weeks before I discovered they are killing their workers by exposure to silica dust, which is extremely dangerous. They do not care about their workers. Terrible company.

I brought my medicine cabinet mirror to West Chester Glass. What a terrible experience! After four weeks, 10+ calls and three trips, I finally re-claimed my mirror.Apart from the incredibly long wait for a 30x24 mirror replacement, the service and workmanship was terrible. Twice I visited West Chester Glass to find my mirror sloppily finished (they neglected to finish the edges of the glass). Upon discussing the topic with the owner, Bill, I was told that it doesnt have to be perfect for your medicine cabinet, and that is all we can do. We dont do professional finishes.Needless to say, I would never use West Chester Glass again. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs!

We ordered a full size vanity mirror for our newly renovated bathroom. They were unprofessional and sloppy. During the installation they damaged my crown molding, right wall and left wall along with the bead board on the opposite wall. They also stood on my cararra marble countertop with their filthy boots after i asked them not to. They didnt glue the mirror property so it had a huge bow in the middle. Try looking good in that ! I guestioned the bow he said it will go away when the glue dries WHAT ?? Also when I questioned the many many damages he said you just need a little touch up What, me touch up ? Finally after they left and I CLEANED the filthy mirror I saw several scratches. I insisted they come right back and remove the mirror. I took my check back and will NEVER use them again. Complete IDIOTS ! USE this company with great caution.
