The absolute best place for everything Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze related. The selections are by far the best. They allow you to sample and the infused flavors are incredible. We went today for our first time and Gwen was the SME (Subject Matter Expert) helping us. She is great! The store is great! This will be our go to place in the future for anything related to Olive Oils and Balsamic Glazes. So exciting when you find a great place!

I love this place! They have exceptional oils from Spain, Italy, and Greece, along with truffle oils and amazing vinegars. The salts, spreads, and pastas are great, and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable

Each time I have been, even just for a quick peruse, I have had exceptional customer service. The associates help you to find the right products for you by finding out what you plan to use it for. The best is that you never feel like you are kept from tasting as many flavors/combos as you need to in order to make a decision. They suggest some wonderful combos as well. The products are great for gift giving too: Christmas, new home, congratulations, etc.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Heres the situation: I live in PA. I have been a customer of this place for about 10 years. I have a ton of their product in my kitchen and I give it as a gift all the time. This post is about an online shipping experience (not an in-store experience---in-store has always been wonderful). So, I ordered a bottle of fancy olive oil from A Taste of Olive for my best friend for mothers day. Even though money is tight, weve been trying to support the local stores. It arrived at her house on May 4 broken/unusable. So, I use the email link from their order notification and tell them the problem including the picture my friend took of said broken bottle. A few days goes by.....no answer. So, I go to their website and find another email link (it was the same email address as before) and email them again on May 7. Again, nothing. So, yesterday, I call them in the evening hoping SOMEONE will help me. Left a message. Today, I get a call and the person is telling me that its the post offices fault--she believes theyre getting sloppy and that she can refund me the cost of the shipping (but not the cost of the olive oil) and offers to hand-deliver another bottle to my friend--but I have to pay for the new bottle. I tell her thank you for the offer, but I want to talk to your boss. She tells me this is what the boss said to do. Then she bemoaned the trials of being a small business. Said it was the post office fault and not theirs because they package their bottles really well. She lets it slip there were other broken bottles delivered somewhere in California (so obviously maybe they arent packaging their bottles as well as she said....). I insist on speaking to the boss. Boss is not there. Shell be there Mon afternoon or Tues morning. OH! And it was the bosss email that I was emailing in the first place, so the boss was the one not responding to me. Sooooo, am I ridiculous for feeling like I should be sent a replacement bottle in this situation? I dont know a single company out there that would not send a replacement if something showed up broken, but the woman acted like I was asking for something crazy. So, Ill be talking to the boss on Tues and well see what happens, but not so sure I can honestly recommend this place for online shipping right now. They need to work out their packaging issues and stop blaming the USPS.UPDATE: Two weeks later and still no refund or replacement bottle despite me sending multiple emails for help. UPDATE: After I contacted the BBB, I finally got a call from the manager (she left me a message) saying she wasnt sure what happened and they finally sent a replacement bottle and this time they used better packaging and it arrived in one piece. I will not be shopping here again online. That was ridiculous. Worst customer service Ive experienced in years.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have tried to reach this company four times to let them know that the vinegar on my recent online order does not taste right ... phone, email, and the form on the website. I have ordered this vinegar several times in the past and the quality has been great. Doubt that I will ever order from them again.

Excellent selection of olive oil and vinegar. Try the white balsamic vinegars. They are full of flavor, low acid, and dont turn everything brown. Theyve added wonderful mustards and spreads that are perfect with a cheese plate.

I just came to see if they are open today (they are!) I noticed some people are disappointed in their service and Id like to say theyre very friendly. Some times there is a line, but in a small business like this it is unfair to expect your own personal assistant when they get busy. When Ive been there and the only client at that time Ive had assistance from the whole staff - they are very eager to make you feel at home in their store.Time to get a refill of my olive oil :-)

I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a family member who lives in West Chester but they do not have a way to buy them unless you come into the store. They loss a sale from me today since I love out of state.
