Do not order from FireCraft! They are a reseller who takes no responsibility for fulfilling your order. I placed an online for a grill from FireCraft. After two days, never receiving confirmation of shipment, I called the company. They said they had no idea if the manufacturer in Canada (!) shipped my order and they have no way of checking. A week later I still havent gotten confirmation of my shipment, nor do we know if the manufacturer mailed my order. As a side note, they state on their website that orders on the East Coast take 2-3 days to ship. They take no ownership of the order nor do they act like they care. I thought I was ordering from a family business, with integrity and care, while it was exactly the opposite. They were very glad to call the manufacturer to cancel my order, but not glad to call them and check on my shipment. You be the judge of that customer service!

Attentive customer service that did what they could to correct shipping issues caused by manufacturer.

These guys have the best customer service possible! I had a package that I needed to be delivered before Christmas so that i could smoke a turkey. Unfortunately upon delivery, some imbecile decided to steal the package off my front stoop before i could get to it. I contacted Firecraft and they immediately responded by quickly shipping replacement parts to insure that i would have what i needed before Christmas, even before they tried to figure out who was at fault and without asking questions. (It really was Fedexs problem; who leaves a big box by the front door of a city house right before Christmas?!) Turns out, the thief ripped open the box and decided that smoker parts arent worth keeping and threw the parts and the shredded box behind a garage a few block away. The homeowner was kind enough to deliver the box when he discovered it on his property. Hats off to Firecraft for doing everything they can to help out their customers!

Ordered 6 items on 8/22 and received them on 8/24, thats fast, was looking for the Montana grill cover and firecraft had everyone beat by far on the price, thank you
