ABC Paper Co. is a local owner operator who takes pride in doing an excellent job to fulfill his clients needs. They carry much more than paper supplies, they supply janitorial, restaurant & bar packaging, supplies, schools, offices etc... They accommodate the largest & smallest of companies. If they dont have it they can get it. They will even ship or they have easy access pick up - everyone there is so friendly.

ABC Paper is definitely one of those companies you dream of working with! They personalize their business with reaching out about items or just stopping in to check on us and see if any issues or needs... who does that anymore?? ABC does :) They know our names, we know theirs. Not only have they been a great vendor for The West Chester Area Day Care Center, a non-profit center, but they have supported us on so many levels from fundraisers, to donating supplies and going above and beyond with their customer service. During the pandemic when others price gouged everything, they really tried to get us solid products with the best deals and they even donated toilet paper which was unheard of during that time! Getting very disgusted at the service provided. Weve had a service contract for years with no problems. Now, shipments dont arrive, we end up going to pick them up ourselves, credit card info mysteriously gets lost every month for the last 3 months. Yesterday was the topper, they were trying to run our card to process payment for paper towels that were delivered 2 weeks ago on a card that has expired over 2 years ago and belonged to the previous owner... looking into other services now, well over the incompetence...
