When the DELIVERED the mower to my DRIVEWAY, they mentioned that I might have trouble with the hills.They said for me to let them know if its a problem. Sure enough it was.I called them after one cut, they took back the mower and upgraded to one with a posi-traction rear and placed 100 lb weights on the back.They did this all with out charging me for the pick ups and deliveries, I only paid the difference between the models and addition of weights.Now my ride mower can tackle my hills forward or backwards, LITERALLY.ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE AND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE.

I recently made an online order with this company. There were errors on the order as well as items I had added that were actually out of stock. A phone call with Barbara cleared all the errors up and I was able to order other gear in place of what was out of stock. I will be ordering from this company again. I do recommend their business. Very professional staff.

Awesome store for any Husqvarna service. Little pricey but you will have your tool fixed. Good follow-up that shows they care. Only one time had a delay in service when they kept my power wash for more than 45 days. Hence 4 star otherwise they are 5 star. Good staff who has knowledge which save my time.

This company does not back their products and takes no responsibility for omissions in information on their products. They also fail to disclose all costs on estimates and will not honor their word. I do not recommend this company and I do not recommend Husqvarna products.
