Our check engine light was on, discovered this place 10 min away. Vespa dealer, got everything we needed. They were all booked so we just got the engine oil and left, started the bike, engine light magically went off. Glad we stopped byFriendly and helpful staff.

A really creepy dealer in Texas sold me a California Touring and the manager here did everything he could to try to get my screwed up tire situation resolved. It’s over two hrs from HACKETTSTOWN Nj but I am a loyal customer!

Tracy and Jeremy are fantastic so as Cindy and Angela. And the delivery staff: Scott he handles the scooters with extra care. Because I have a phenomenal buying experience my husband bought a 75th anniversary 300CC Vespa and they delivered the same great experience. They have plethora of scooters and European bikes. AAA+++ service, AAA+++ communication, AAA++++ staffs of Motoplex. Dont look any further, Motoplex is simply the best!

West Chester Motoplex sets a gold standard in customer service. The entire staff is outstanding, and they all went beyond any reasonable expectation anyone could ask for. Not only did they get my bike ready in record time, in a rain storm, they stayed late to complete the transaction. Im not the most pleasant person at times, but still they did everything they could to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I cannot think of a better buying experience of any vehicle in my life. I cannot stress enough what a great business they are. They absolutely deserve your consideration.

Would do 10 out of 5 stars if possible. This place is awesome, great customer service.Jeremy stayed about an hour after closing on a Saturday to wait for me to drive up from South Jersey to pick up a bike being service here. Not only that, but he helped me with directions getting home as my phone had died on the way up.Great service, great people - recommend.

Seriously avoid.These guys will dodge every call and email if you have any problems. Straight up ignore you. I bought a bike here and I had a small problem I was only inquiring about MAYBE a repair or replacement only to get totally ghosted. Most of the employees are helpful, but they cant answer anything without asking up first, and management/owners ignore you at best. Actually, I should have known better because multiple employees warned me, separately, about how cheap the owners were, after I paid MSRP in cash and asked for a t-shirt. Apparently that was a big ask.Be wary of places like this.

The fact that this place has a 4.9 star rating is mind boggling to me. The owners friends and family must be writing all the reviews. I scheduled my Vespa for service here at the beginning of the summer, and they told me the earliest they could get me in was in 7 weeks. I didnt have much of a choice, as its hard to find a place to work on Vespas these days, so I scheduled the appointment. One week prior to my scheduled tune up, they called and said they were too backed up and had to reschedule my appointment. I asked what the issue was, and the guy on the phone said half of the workers in their service department quit. They said they would call me back within 3 days to reschedule my appointment. I still havent heard back from them. Obviously Ill be taking my bike elsewhere, but i just lost 3 months of summer riding due to their ineptitude. Clearly they dont have it together over there, so dont waste your time with this place.

Went on spur of the moment and was treated great by the staff, Mark Klein and Angela was very friendly w/o being pushy. Couldn’t work out a deal but thts just the nature of the beast. Still I highly recommend a trip.

Great service and awesome staff, i called to ask for state inspection and they told me it was a walk in service, immediately took my bike there and less then an hour I was riding legally lol .

I have a 2003 1100 stone. They replaced the whole valve train,cam and lifter recall. They did a great job. They are very nice and very helpful. You cannot go wrong dealing with them ! Great shop great staff! All of them! Then I wanted to trade it in and the trade in value was Horrible! I had a very hard time selling it. I lost 1400 dollars when I sold it at least! If you buy one you better make sure you love it and plan on keeping it! I went back to sport bikes.

This is iterally my first time ever composing an online review. My experience was so poor that I just couldnt avoid the chance to help others avoid a similarly awful experience by posting mine. I entered Motoplex of West Chester on April 23 hoping to checkout the newly realesed for 2021 Aprilia Tuono 660. To no surprise they didnt have any on hand, but were expecting a shipment the following week. Since there wasnt a wait list I could reserve the color of my choice for a $500 deposit with the salesperson Tracy. Being the more affordable version of my dream bike I jumped at the opportunity. The aforementioned delivery date passed with no correspondence from the dealership whatsoever so I decided to send Tracy (who I previously emailed earlier and received a delayed response)with all my trade info another message to see whats going on. Almost two days go by so I figure Ill give them a call figuring the bike just wasnt delivered yet and they planned to contact me then. Much to my surprise it was delivered on time and actually sitting at the dealer. Also the bike required a recalled part to be replaced before it could roll off the lot which I would imagine would prompt a call to your customer to inform them of the situation, but I guess not. All the while I could have atleast seen and threw a leg over the bike in person. If they managed to blow one of the easiest sales in the history of the establishment I shudder to think what other problems I wouldve ran into over the course of ownership and maintenance with them. Ill look elsewhere for my dream bike so should you!

Highly recommend World Wide picked up a 2019 Tuono from Jeremy. He was an excellent start to finish, made the buying process a snap. If your in the market for Moto Guzzi, Aprillia, or Vespa, look no further.

You won’t find a better Moto Guzzi dealership in the Northeast (probably in the whole U.S.)!!! Trust me I checked all of them out before deciding to buy from Motoplex West Chester. Jeremy was fantastic from the first phone call to walking out the door with my new motorcycle in tow. He was always upfront and honest about every aspect of the purchase, and a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was equally impressive and super friendly (Mark, Mark, and Matt). As far as pricing they are the best around period. Recently bought a beautiful Aprilia Tuono Factory, a bike that Ive relegated to Dream Bike status ever since it came out. Jeremy was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire sales process. No pressure, hassle-free environment was felt from the demo ride all the way through processing the paper work. The demo ride really sealed the deal, and unlike other dealerships, Jeremy took me on a proper demo ride consisting of local roads, freeway, and some twisties to highlight the Aprilias sporting nature. Since buying the bike in October, Ive put 1300 amazing miles on the bike and completely love it. Overall, great experience with these guys. Highly recommended!
