So happy with the work this small family business did for me. Made my day! Not only was the repair they did to my tall riding boots extremely well done, they went above and beyond and conditioned the boots and re-laced them (not easy on riding boots), all at no extra charge! To be honest Im not sure if if they do decent work as I couldnt get past the initial phone call. The owner is terribly rude and refuses to answer any questions regarding services over the phone. While I can appreciate the desire to see a product in person before providing a quote what I cannot understand is the refusal to answer any questions on services offered. Its 2017, people will not drive out of their way to be provided a potentially bad quote to then have to call another shop in the area(which was able to ballpark all quotes with $5).

For $35 my black leather boots were resoled and look brand new! Excellent work.

They can repair any shoe. I have been going to them for years. Good quality shoes can be resoled. They bring my shoes and boots back to life.
