Buy a couch and loveseat and they squeak. The manager at that time, I think her name was Angie or Angelica finally sent someone over and the result was that the co. That services their couches werent available cause of the pandemic and that they would contact me when they had someone to come fix it. Well that never happened and now theres a new person in management and now they wont service my couches. This has been going on for a Year. Do not trust them. They lie a lot.

I have been a customer of location for many years. I appreciate the way the employees have tried to accommodate me when I’m looking for something specific. This is the place to come when you can’t or don’t want to part with a chunk of your cash upfront. I like the quality here as I have shopped around and find that this good value for your money.

Idk what all the other reviews are about the people there seem pretty cool and willing to work with me and Ive even had to asked if I could get them next week and it doesnt seem to be a problem now I havent gotta something huge like a TV or couch but I have gotten a PS4 and a phone. Just walk in there knowing what you can afford talk with them see what fits for you and just pay what you owe. I thinks I cool place for people that make OK money but credit is shot.

As far as customer service at this location i have nothing but good things to say.. top notch. Kendall WAS THE BEST! he kept us coming back! any issue i have is with corporate and out sources tech.also, reading through these bad reviews makes me laugh!!! WELL OF COURSE THEY CALL YOU! YOU ARE DODGING YOUR PAYMENTS. probably not calling them and telling them whats up! ive been late and just keep them informed and they work with you!

Dont rent from them! They will give you items that dont work, will call you 10 times a day including 8am on Saturdays (an hour before they open). Give you items with information from previous renters on it. Terrible terrible terrible!

Well Ive been with Rent a Center for a long time, my husband is been sick and Kendall have helped me a lot. I now when Im late I know they call me like a thousand times, but honestly is worth it.Thank yous guys.

Wont be renting here again. Rented from this place and made payments on time. Company made a mistake and thought we missed a week (turned out to be an error on their part) and the company rang me and my wife a total of 48 times in 4 days while we were at the hospital celebrating our daughters birth. When we called to complain they didnt give 2 shits

Make your payments on time. If you dont, the staff will be calling you 10 times a day, plus show up at your home and place of work until you make the payment.

Make sure you are not late on payments they may kick your down plus be careful with your girlfriends /wives ...

This place used to be run by people who care. Now its a bunch of bumbling idiots who call you 32 times a day. TRUST me, do not rent from this place.

I was a customer and today I tried to return but the truth was I had a very bad experience they made me feel as if I was asking them for a gift and something else, according to everything I was ready to pick up my product and I told myself about my old product and in the end I didnt They gave it for lack of references that they did not answer the phone and I understand that it is a requirement but that was told to me today when supposedly it was already ready and the problem was that I already had everything ready and I had to buy the product in another side
