I reached out to AMS on a hunt for some information regarding Twin scroll vs Open scroll housings and how they correlate to one another. I couldnt find the information readily available on the web, so Niko spearheaded this inquiry and brought all my information to their engineering team to assist me with my questions. They not only analyzed my project and what I had going on, but directed me down the best path based on the information I provided. In the end, I purchased a new housing from them, but the experience with Niko and engineering team has made me a supporter and a return customer. Thanks guys!

I was excited to take my GTR to AMS, because its AMS! But unfortunately, I had the worst customer service. Took longer then usual, but overall, they got the job done. Best in the game.

Will Long is my go-to guy at AMS. He is able to get ahold of almost any part brand I need and has consistently beat the price of anyone else around, so much that I dont even bother shopping elsewhere. Not to mention his vast knowledge of everything he sells.

Picked up a transmission cooler, excellent build quality, nice kit, very helpful to have detailed instructions and all parts needed included.

I like AMS for the quality products but some of the guys were rude on the phone. They also sent me the wrong part after making it very clear! Now I have to send pictures and carry this big heavy package all around town to a UPS because my post office is a different company. I spent over 5k in AMS Red Alpha parts I asked for $100 off on a $1500+ part for the mistake and gas money, and most importantly my very valuable TIME!!!! best they can do for me is give me a free T-Shirt which doesnt do anything for me. But gives them free advertising which I wouldnt mind if they took the $100 off. Pick up the Slack AMS Performance team!!!

I purchased a catted downpipe for my 2021 supra which was advertised to fit and placed the order back in November of 2020. I received the downpipe a month later in December after a few delays. After trying to install it the O2 sensor will not fit due to the bung placement on the downpipe and the manifold. I’m assuming no one checked fitment on the 2021 as they have a new 6 port manifold instead of the 2020 2 port. I called and emailed no less and 6-7 times. Each time I was told someone would reach out to me so I can at least get the old one returned while I wait in r&d and a revision to be made. I am now extremely frustrated as to the lack of customer service with zero communication. I went with ams as you guys had a great reputation when I had my evo and then gtr. Seems you guys have gotten too big and rushing products to sale without proper r&d and no customer service. I thought my ams carbon intake was just a fluke in quality control but I guess the thin carbon and all the pinholes is the new standard at ams. It’s been over 6 months since I ordered the downpipe and no one has contacted me about a replacement or a refund.

If I google allowed me give more stars, I would. Julie and Dan provided outstanding customer service. They answered any question in a timely fashion, call or email they were there to respond. As for the tune itself, AMAZING for the Infiniti Q50. You get the best service when you deal with the one of the greatest/most reliable tuners in the world. I am so happy I went with AMS performance. I would not go with anyone else for tuning services and products.

AMS installed their Red Alpha Stage 3 pkg on my Q60 exactly 1 year ago. I am definitely happy with the results and the reliability of the build and have had ZERO issues with my car since! They were eager to answer all of my questions (there were many!) and did so with the professionalism that youd expect when having your car performance tuned. I will be back!.

Once THEY feel like their job is finished, they will drop you like a bad habit. You can also forget about them responding to your emails at this point. Kyle Reinders is the epitome of this, and Ty doesnt know how to do what hes told, which is a must when were talking about MY vehicle. Youd think theyd have more respect for their customers, if not the car community in general.

Red Alpha Tune ready, tire smoking performance. You better have a tire budget and look at very sticky types. Very thorough process, need patience, but worth it.

Sometimes when dealing with a large speed shop, you feel like you’re lost in the shuffle, but they always make me feel like I’m part of the family with their great service and is partly why I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Not only do they have amazing customer service, every part they deal with is only of high quality that you know will last a long time. So why AMS? High quality products, excellent customer service and support and the incredible work that they do overall.My AMS built motor can be a testament to the great work that they have done and is the reason why I am returning to have my motor rebuilt after 8 years on the same block. Yes, I said 8 years on the same block with over 750hp and it could not have been possible without AMS.

Recieved an intercooler that had the front face damaged. Looked like something dropped on it. Tried to switch it for a new one but they werent helpful at all and ghosted me. Wont be buying or dealing with them again. Really poor customer service. All they needed to do was replace the part and they would have a repeat customer. I had much higher expectations but was thoroughly disappointed.

Incredibly nice shop with super friendly guys there with sick cars everywhere from GTRs to R8 to Evos to a VR4 to Porsche to 350z, etc They work in all of those. Hopefully have them work on my next car
