I deliver here at least once a month and they are always fantastic. Easily the quickest most organized facility I deliver to. You cant show up more than maybe 20 minutes early, but theyll have you unloaded and on the road in an hour.

Arrived 0345 for 0400 appointment. In a door at 0430. Pretty tight place, but everything in Chicago is like this. Unloaded at 0510

Truckers: Quick in, Prompt unloading, signed bills snappy fast. Dont arrive more than 15 minutes early. Wait at Speedway nearby or on Western Street around the corner.

Cant arrive more than 15min b4 appt time or theyll turn you around. Was there about an hour total. You can park on the street on Western Dr. about half mile away.

Minimum 5 to 6 hours for off loading to every truck very bad company

Been here 3-4 times, theyre very particular about the timed appointments but so far they get you in and out, no horsing around. Longest weve been there is about 45 minutes to an hour tops once were at a door.

The people are rude and seemed angry.

Not as bad as it looks come no earlier than 15 mins as others have stated. Nice security personnel, quick unload.Backing is not as bad as it looks. Go down turn around slide your tandems all the way forward for the better radius and when you get angled towards the dock and more straight slide the tandems all the way back and work your way in. Dont back all the way in wait for someone to come out and cut the seal then open the doors. The street others have mentions down the road have 15+ trucks parked in it, plenty of room to wait if your early

Well, loading was fast and organised. Could say that they are in pole position to set records!!!

Only gave them 3 stars because theres no parking for staging and no place around to park. However if your 15 minutes ( not 30 or an hour before your appointment ) your golden. The yards a little tight but if you pass the docks you can get turned around. Just take your time. The people are helpful and friendly. I was loaded up in 45 minutes.

Just be there before 15 minutes of your appointment time, u will be all good. Unloaded whole trailer in 30 minutes.

Enter the facility only before your appointment time as there is no staging area. Someone will cut your seal, 1-2 hours to offload and they will ask to move tandems back.

At the OSI building. Parking lot is crowded and docks are very narrow. Small space to dock. Other then that the people are friendly. Smooth checking in and out. No over night parking.

Its easy place to back in just these guys have the appts time so be on time peoples! Very very very fast at getting you unloaded! ( The reason why they have appts is because they can only allow 2 trucks to back in at once. Very good staff very fast workers! Very happy will be back again anytime!!!!!!! A+

Puts your backing skills to the test. Prompt and easy unload. Very much by the clock. Punctuality is rewarded with fast offload. Mind your driving etiquette at the gate - stay far right and don’t pull up too far so the truck leaving the dock can get out. Slide tandems all the way back on arrival. The negative reviews are from chronic whiners I think.

Arrived 15 minutes B4 appointment time, got checked in, give a dock, got unloaded very quickly. Total time was one hour spent there. They did their job and I did mine. Very professional.

Show up on time and you shouldnt have a problem checked in got on the door immediately got unloaded in 20 minutes awesome job guys small lot tight backing dont send rookies

Terrible people skills! They put a person at the receiving Windows who barely speak soon English!..Very rude and lazy people! I told my employer I refuse to ever come back here!

Easy in & out.only drawback is you have to park on western Dr. No parking @ reciever.nice folks!

Reached there 10 mins before appointment and was done within 40 minutes4 star as they dont have any parking

In and out within a hour down side is no parking but there’s a pilot truck stop about 5 or 6 miles away.
