Everyone is very nice but they dismissed my concerns about the issues with the vehicle I bought and brushed me off twice. Every time they told me nothing was wrong and I trusted them. Really not satisfied. I feel I was taken advantage of not knowing much about cars and needing one in a pinch. They sold me a Mercedes’ with 4 different tires so now the transfer case is unbalanced and my car makes a winding noise, after taking it to 4 different places including Mercedes Benz, I finally figured out the issue. Check the tires if you choose to buy a car from this dealer and take it to Mercedes’ Benz on elston immediately for a free inspection. Mercedes Benz’s cannot properly operate with 4 different tires, they should know this.

I have high expectations with regard to automotive service on my vehicle. Phil and the service team exceeded my expectations. Very responsive and took great care of my Jaguar. Love them!!! Highly recommended. Thanks for all you do.

Im not happy with this dealership because I bought my car (Porsche Cayenne) from this dealer but they sold it with too much problems to me like tires sensors and windshield Pumps and windscreen scratches, and when i bought the car i saw all the problems and i told them about it, they just fixed the tires after 1 month and they kept my car like 2 weeks and they didn’t give me any car and also after that i told them about other problems they didn’t care about it and what I saying and what I want, they just bothers me a lot and I’ll not go there anymore and i have to go to mechanic and fixing my car, I’ll not recommend to anyone this dealership

I bought a 2000 911 here about a month ago. From the time I arrived I was made to feel valued. Brandon introduced himself and talked to me like a friend. When I asked about test driving the car, he handed me the keys and said take as much time as you need. When I asked about getting it inspected he said sure and that they would be happy to take it anywhere close for me. The next day when I stopped in and let him know the mechanic was a half hour away, he said that he didnt have anyone that could take i tat the time, but that I could take the car myself for the day to get it inspected. WOW! The inspection came back incredibly good for a 16 year old car. The mechanic said he would buy it if he was in the market. The wire transer from my bank was delayed until after the weekend and since I just moved here I didnt have a car. Instead of having to get a rental, Brandon gave me a loaner since I already made a deposit on the car. WOW! When I stopped by to get my tag, they detailed my car for me. WOW! I not only found a great car and the deal was good too, I made a friend in Brandon. I will go here first for any car purchase in the future and would recommend you do too if you are in the market for a quality used luxury car.

I dealt with Brandon on an out of state sale. He was super accommodating in helping me get the vehicle inspected and arranging transportation after the purchase. Vehicle came just as described and it was a super smooth transaction. Ill definitely check their inventory next time Im looking.

Very honest and helpful mechanics! Went to a few 3rd party shops (jiffy lube, pepboys, etc.) where one quoted me for parts that werent even broken. Brought it back to the dealership and they were able to help me and resolve the problem fast!

Integrity is not in this car lots name. After coming to a deal on a used Audi, I tried to get them to email me a buyers order to give to my bank for financing purposes. I thought everything was fine until the buyers order never came. Brandon finally called me back 45 minutes later and stated that since my trade didnt have a sunroof(never once told him it had one when he asked for all the options) and since I wasnt going to finance with him(they couldnt beat my banks interest rate) he was going to back out of the already agreed upon numbers and offer $1,000 less on my trade. I was upfront and honest with him throughout the whole process, unfortunately I cant say the same about him. Im just glad I didnt waste a 3 hour trip up there to find this out.

Had a PPI before my purchase. Asked the worker to have 1 thing fixed before I purchase the car. He agreed. Got there and asked if the work was done. He said yes. I looked at the filter, and realized he lied. Oil was still leaking from the very area the PPI indicated. Still bought the car because I knew it was a simple fix. 2 days later the belt ripped due to the oil leaking from the very filter he lied about. Almost cost me an entire engine. Buyer BEWARE. One place I will never buy from again. Hate liars.

I had a Porsche cayenne for a week they Sold that needed $6000 in repairs.Owner said he would fix it and give out a loner car but instead took the car back and put it in the garage like I was trying to steal the car from him and he voided the deal and left us all there with no way to get home but to call a uber, over a hour trip home in a uber.He put the 2011 white Porsche cayenne back forsale the next day not fixing anything!Worse experience ever!!

I was referred to this dealership by a friend who had recently bought a BMW, I was planning on going to go here but wasnt able to clearly get an idea of the kinds of BMWs and what quality they are in. Its 2018 and you need to have better pictures of your cars and selections.

I countered their 9500 offer with $9,250 on ebay, he posted for me to call to work out the payment and sales details. that was last night a little after 7PM, he never accepted my offer, says he needs to speak to me first... Called at 8:15 this morning no mention car was sold... get call back an hour later saying car was sold last night on another auction site... He ended the listing this morning after we spoke on the phone on ebay. SO i think what really happened is, once he ended it someone trying to low ball it called him, he worked a higher price and kicks us to the curb... form your own opinion. I can tell you his word last night at 7PM wasnt good... BUYER BE WARE.... gives dealers a BAD name!!!

I normally dont do this, but I felt the service I received was acceptional and had to make sure people were aware of the great service this dealership provides. From hello to thank you at the end I felt comfortable and never forced into any car schemes or pressured by the salesman. I purchased a 2008 bmw M5 that is in prestige condition and couple months later went back to look for another vehicle and walked out with a 2005 infiniti g35. I will definitely be visiting this dealership and recommending them to my friends and family for my future purchases! All around great service!
