Great product quality and selection with superb personal service

I spoke with someone on the phone two different times about ordering twin sized bed bases. I received my bed base and put it together before realizing it was a double. I called them about the issue and they told me they dont even sell twins. I cant understand why that didnt come up in conversation when I called two different times before placing my order. So they dont have what I need and they wont accept a return. Very frustrating.
