This is the only place I would consider buying furniture from other than Goodwill. Not only for the customer service that is second to none, but I would be a customer purely for the pleasure of working with Jami Gantt. His humor is a light in the dark, the indescribable x factor. I didnt expect to laugh, but I laughed so hard that I cried.

They were very friendly and polite. They did everything in a timely manner too get me a beautiful kitchen set. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

A DELIGHTFUL VISIT TO DOCS FURNITURE!! (This was my 1st visit)So here is what happened and why I chose to give them a 5 Star Rating!! As I Walked in the store I was greeted within just a few seconds,There was a smile accompanied by professional introduction and a handshake.He asked me if He could help me find something, or if I was looking for something in particular. I responded with, a yes, I hope you can help me find what I have been looking for, and so we began.I looked at the bedroom sets first, found the right style, but for the color, thats where the whole staff helped out. We were at the back counter which made it much easier for everybody to put their heads together and toss ideas around, which I really enjoyed. They have a great team at Docs.The whole staff was very helpful, and polite. I felt like a VIP or something, Docs really did go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.I am so glad I stop by DOCS FURNITURE that day. I enjoyed meeting some AWESOME PEOPLE, Finding GREAT QUALITY FURNITURE for my house, at some GREAT PRICES online or offline!!If you are looking too like I was, and you want a great team of people to help you, just stop into DOCS FURNITURE, they will be glad to help you and your family too!! I must say, this is a business with very poor customer service. I ordered a sofa back on March 13th, the rep advised me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to come in. After about three weeks, I called to check on the status, I was told it was going to take another 2 to 3 weeks. So I waited again, I called to check in, I was advised my sofa was in production and it will be another two weeks. Well after that, I was told it was dalay and was going to be here in two weeks. Once again, I call to check, they told me, the sofa has finished being made, and should be here in a week and a half. Well I called to check, I was told, well the factory was short of fabric, which would not be my issue, because I was told, it was finished being built, and was on the way. Well, the then says, we dont know when your order is going to come in, but we have a couple of options. I agreed to one of the options, and was told that options was going to be here in two weeks. Well as of today, the owner text me to inform me that my second option will not be in until mid September. I must say, I have never delt with a company like this. This is very poor business. Lets say, after 3months and still no sofa, now I have to start shopping again

Great prices and extremely helpful and friendly staff! Corey answered all of my questions in regards to the Facebook ad Docs had on the local for sale page. He responded quickly no matter what time I messaged him with a question. It felt like the manager and I were old friends! Great experience. I would most definitely recommend this place.

I was told about the store, didnt know anything about it. I decided to go by after work, very friendly reception from the clerk, she welcomed me into the store and introduced herself. She made me felt very comfortable, she asked what I was looking for, I told her. Everyone in the store was very friendly, I met and talked to the owner, I told him I loved the hospitality that I received. I will be shopping there. My understanding, the store has been there for 2 years, I know they are going to do real good. They make you feel so welcomed.

Located in step mall with plenty of parking available including handicap accessible parking. Store is clean and organized. Furniture prices are reasonable and negotiable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Real nice place to shop for furniture. Staff does not pressure you on your decision to purchase or not purchase.

Typically furniture store. Got my wifes vanity here. Nothing special. Have nice furniture. Might be worth a look if youre shopping around.

Very good shopping experience but the furniture is very cheap & I do mean cheap, had one drop of water on my dresser & it bubbled super fast. Nothing & I do mean nothing can get on the furniture or it’s ruined
