Both times Ive come in over the last couple days, I got quick service that was helpful and appreciated. I was even directed by an employee to a competitor who has a better price on a particular item I was looking for. To me, that displays a great amount of integrity and by doing so they gained my respect. Though Ive just come in for quotes so far, I hope to patronize them in the future with actual purchases.

I finally built my vegetable garden, thanks to the help of David Smith and the wonderful folks at The Building Center. My husband wasnt interested in helping me with my latest project, so I talked to David and he guided me through the process and even cut the wood for me, per my measurements. As you can see from my pictures...it turned out beautiful!!! Thank you David for all your help. I hope you like tomatoes... :-)

I ordered some lumber, hangers, and anchor bolts for an office project I was doing for a client. After driving down an hour and half from Charlotte, I arrived to realize they sent me the incorrect anchor bolts AFTER I corrected them once before. I called the Building Center and spoke with Audie. He informed me he would have them out to me that day, I would just need to pick them up from a near by project. I agreed..It’s 5 o’clock and no call from Audie.. I reached back out and oh what a lovely conversation we had... it boils down to “I was unable to get to it, sorry.” So now I have to go back out of my way and find these anchor bolts on a Friday before the Labor Day Holiday.. THANK YOU AUDIE :)The company alone is great. The owners are great and I have dealt with some awesome staff/sales reps in Rock Hill. It seems as though their Columbia Office/Branch could use some work. I find it very unprofessional to the response I received today... If you need to order something reach out to Cam Middleton at Rock Hill or Zack Norris. They’ll get it right for you.

I was there 3 weeks ago. The staff is very friendly. If they Dont have what I need they will get it. And the prices are much lower than Lowes or home depot. I would recommend them to anyone

I found better materials and lower prices than Lowes or Home Depot. Better deals for contractors and they deliver. Staff seems to be very knowledgeable

Being new to the Lexington/Columbia area I went here looking to spend a couple grand on lumber for a shed/barn project, but the desk ladies seemed extremely disinterested in helping when I asked if they had a rough price list on some of their common lumber. They didnt ask me how much I might be interested in purchasing. They didnt offer a list of the lumber products that they do have nor even tell me that their website has a complete product guide. They could not have been less interested in getting my business. You would probably have better luck getting help with lumber if youre already an established or repeat customer. Some of their hardware prices were pretty good (nails, screws, hinges, hangers, etc.)

Instead of delivering there products there Company Driver is following my girlfriend around while honking the horn and trying holla at her in traffic. Sexual Harrasment while driving down the road is uncalled for. The most unprofessional company in West Columbia. They had the audacity to blame it on her when she was truly scared. I hope this company is put out of business. Will be contacting BBB as well as my attorney.

I walked in looking for a small hardware item, everyone behind the desk was busy texting. I asked if they carried bushings, the employee never raised his head from his phone and said no sir as if I was interrupting his text conversation. I walked out never to return. Bunch of idiots
