Staff not very helpful.They treated me as if I was there to steal something. They treat the black customers differently from the white.Come on yall its 2021

Worst gamestop, avoid at all costs unless you want to be bombarded from the time u walk in until u leave. Not professional or what the customer wants. Even the ones in the ghetto are better than this.. Lol

Had what I was looking for. Associates were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I usually never have an issue at this game stop but they must have a new staff. There is a woman there who immediately greeted us when we walked in and that was fine. But she continued to follow us and watch my son and I in the store. There were other people in the store as well but she seemed to follow only the black ones. My son who is 13 even noticed it before I said anything him. We decided to leave and will most likely not return.

No prices on items. Very busy so no one to help. Fair price for the item I bought though.

Poorly managed. I go on Thurs nights when the usual manager is not there. Tries to sell you a car basically. Just want what I came for.

Yes it was Sunday night-10 minutes to 6 & this store was the Only 1 with staff who were Not rude. We just got CV off work, had as couple of minutes & wanted to look quickly. I told them this too. Will go back to make purchases at this location. Thanks guys for being polite!

I go to this one because they are usually great but management changed and I don’t like this one as much anymore, doesn’t have the same service naturally and seems a little pushy. Old management ran smoother but gamestops are plenty in Cola.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but the clerk was super helpful. She went out of he way to help, and I bought a bunch of stuff anyway.

Customer service this evening was absolutely amazing. Staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Plus, I got a decent price for my trade-ins. Felt welcome and definitely likely to return to this gamestop in specific.

Stopped by after a late night of work, got what I needed and still had a good conversation with the two men behind the counter as they were ready to close. Talked about Comic Con growing in Columbia, its good to see people working where theyre knowledgeable. 10/10 customer service

This is the only Gamestop I go to. Not because the others are bad but because everyone here is always helpful and provide great customer service. I enjoy going in and just chatting with everyone. I had left a controller sitting on their counter that they didnt take on trade ins. When I left I forgot to take it with me. They called me after I left to let me know in left it and they were holding it for me. About a week later, I went back to get it but Kyle couldnt find it. No big deal, but Kyle replaced it with a controller from their inventory. Just one of the many good experiences with this store.

This store has great employees and they are always willing to go the extra mile. If something is wrong with your purchase, they will do their best to make it right. Great people!!!

Went in with questions about the switch and overheard one of the guys working there talking about me to a different customer. It was very embarrassing and rude. I only gave 3 stars because, clay I think is his name, answered my questions and didn’t give any kind of attitude to make me feel uncomfortable

Theyre generally helpful and cool, but I went up there to get something for my mom with her card, and Connor refused to let me use it. Even though we have the same last name, and I could get him a picture of her ID, he wouldnt let me.

Good selection of video games and associated products. Always a friendly staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. Theyre more than willing to help you with purchases and general gamer chat. The store is a little small, probably a third the size of the Broad River store. This makes it difficult to move around the store when it is crowded. Decent used selection on PS3, which is about the only reason I go there.

I was in search of a specific item for a birthday present. Every GameStop was sold out. The staff at this location also said they were sold out. We left and within 15 minutes they were calling us to let us know they found the accessory. Funny thing is they only had my number from my store membership. They took the initiative to track my number back down and call me so I could come pick it up.... Above and beyond service that is rare these days.

This is a great place to do business. Overall its not the biggest GameStop, but the employees make it my first choice. I had some issues with an online order and after a very unhelpful conversation with the national customer support hotline I headed into this location hoping to work it out. The employee who helped me got on the phone right away and started jumping through the hoops to get it worked out for me. What stood out to me was the way that the rest of the customers were dealt with though. The employees were knowledgeable in answering questions, referring to one another if there was a detail they didnt know. They were honest about pricing options, giving several people other buying options to save them money. Finally, through it all they were upbeat and polite with everyone. I will definitely be heading back to this location for all my future GameStop business.

Staff could have been a little more knowledgeable on the items so that I would have not had to purchase and turn right back around and come back and I asked for the first time

Was told a pre-owned Switch controller (21.99) was a first party controller. Thought I was getting a great deal. Took it home and discovered that, no, it wasnt a first party controller. It was a Hori controller. A controller that usually goes for 19.99. I was charged 2 dollars MORE for a used controller. I also found that the sticker for 21.99 was on TOP of another sticker that said 19.99. They literally bumped the price UP, probably after realizing that people might think it was a real controller.The only reason it isnt 1 star is because the employee genuinely seemed nice and just misinformed.

I have been going here for 17 years. Today was the worst experience I had with this place. This certain person was rude, announcing my business so everyone in the building could hear and ignoring my comments when I suggested the game being returned could be easily cleaned with a rag quickly no biggie but he said no and told me come tomorrow. So ur telling me that y’all don’t have one rag in the entire building? Ight it’s fine, I’ll take my business somewhere else. This place has lost a loyal customer because I’m never coming here ever again. And if y’all wanna know who it was: a white male, with a messy beard and really high pitch.Never again.

They are the worst young bunch of kids that are very disrespectful to disabled people.They were suppose to help give me my game because I couldnt walk.They forgot about me in my car.Then laughed at me when I asked about my trade in amount on my Xbox one for my new Xbox x.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GAME, CONSOLE,REMOTE OR HEAD PHONES.I wouldnt even accept a game for free from any games top now. Ethan on Augusta hwy is a terrible guy to deal with.I ope you all go broke.
