Best Pharmacy Experience Ever. I only give 5 stars when the experience is way above good. Needed some medication after doctor visit so went to Walmart on Augusta Hwy. After dropping off prescription I was notified that there was a problem with insurance. The clerk {Debbie} helped me with contacting the insurance company to get problem corrected. I was told by insurance co it would be 72 hrs for correction to take effect. Debbie found a discount for me that brought the cost down lower than with insurance so I went ahead and purchased. My wife and I also opted for flu shot since we were there. They had the 65+ dose I needed in stock. ALL the clerks as well as the assisting Pharmacist were absolutely the most friendly and caring group I have ever experienced in a retail environment. I would also like to add that I did not have to wait more than a few minutes for the prescription OR the shot.

They take care of my prescriptions. Thank you. Also save us money. So important.

The Walmart staff at this location are very professional. They treat you like they really care. The wait times can be a little long at certain times (4:00-7pm) but they made some changes and it hasnt been too long lately. If you come earlier in the day it tends to be a more pleasant experience.

Just left the pharmacy, they were super busy and the blonde lady that advised us on our medication was super sweet, obviously overwhelmed with work. Because of her and the lady that checked us out, had a very nice experience.

A huge shootout to PAULA at the Augusta Road Pharmacy. My prescription was $90.00. She thought that was a little high and did some research. I ended up paying $38.00. What a kind lady she was.

It seems every time I go to this Wal-Mart location I leave upset..yesterday after a huge mix up on their part & already standing there for 15 min. This blond girl said she was unable to tell me what my balance for my medication was until I came bk. Then after she realized she made yet another mistake she yells my balance right there out in the open for the world to hear..then decides to STOP helping me & go talk about me to another co worker about me..mind you I can hear all of it. So Im left standing there another 10 min & the pharmacy manager swings by..after I complained she just gave me a blank stare & said sorry along with my pick up time info. I DONT KNOW WHO DOES THE HIERING AT THIS LOCATION.. but it sucks! Im not sure if their way of justifying this crappy cusromer service is oh well its just Wal-Mart. .cant expect too much anyway..thats what it looks like.
