Cant go wrong with A1 sauce, Chex mix for $1.00 each.

Two weeks ago, I purchased flower seeds and liked how they were growing. I wanted to purchase more packets for some gift baskets and when they rang up, they were only one cent each. I was very excited for such a great deal. When the manager heard they were ringing up as only a penny each, she told me that they were not allowed to sell them to me. She said when something rings up as a penny it is an indication that the item needs to be pulled from the shelf and they are not allowed to sell it. Super annoying! The store had it in stock, it was something that I wanted and needed, yet they REFUSED to sell it to me and threw it out instead. Absolutely Ridiculous! Infuriating and a completely shameful WASTE.

This store is going to probably close soon. Every time which lately is weekly we visit it is unkempt and gross. There were used tissues on a shelf yesterday and a used mask in the food isle. Halloween and Christmas are supposed to be put out which are NOT. Fall is strewn all over the store. There is not one specific area for items its scattered from one end to the other out of place. No one cares in that store. A teenager tried to steal a mask and I bought it for him because he was standing there and said he needed one for work and no one said a thing to him. He had 97 in change and the girl ignored him. It was very difficult to see him standing there being treated so rude. Get a district manager or someone out there asap.

Always busy. Dollar tree always is. Close to everything so it is my favorite. Just dont get in a hurry and be patient when there is a line.

This was the Dollar Tree on Hwy 1. I live Dollar Tree but this was the worse one Ive ever been to. It was very neat and clean but very scarce add very few item. I went looking for 2 items that they always carry inn other stores. One item they didnt have and I only found one option and the other item I did find but. They had only a free. And only one register was open with people in the line waiting

I went into the store the other day. As I walked in I noticed that the lines for long. Picked up what I wanted. And got in line. Cashiers was super fast great job.

95 percent of the time I get what I need.Store is clean and associates are nice. Its worth the stop.

Requested from store manager, Kellie, Contact information to formally lodge a complaint with corporate about the actions taken by one of her employees. Was told that there was no way to contact corporate offices for that, but she would take my information and pass it on to her district manager. The employee, apparently an assistant manager, refused to tell me her name. Kellie would not share the name of this unknown employee for me to give corporate feedback on the experience.Most businesses, require employees to wear name tags and encourage feedback. I presently don’t know if Dollar Tree chain as a whole does not value customer feedback or if it is simply poor store management and an attempt to hide negative feedback from Corporate management.I have never been told by an employee, much less a MANAGER, of any business that they would not tell me their name. (Though, in fairness, I normally like to report positive experiences not negative one unless particularly egregious.)I think they knew she was wrong so I can understand why they would want to hide it.

West Columbia store is continually out of items despite the fact the aisles are cluttered with boxes of merchandise needing to be stocked. On several occasions there is a shortage of shopping carts even thought the store is not full. I have witnessed rudeness from cashiers to customers. Corporate management needs to retrain the entire staff in customer service.As far as the merchandise that is available the dollar tree is a great store to get wonderful bargains. ( however another store would be more advisable)

I went to purchase some balloons on yesterday. They were completely out of several different balloons. Disappointed

Love the $1 price of all their products ( except for the individual candies @ the register which are under $1.) The facility is clean interiorly and exteriorly as well as decently stocked. The staff are profession and usually helpful when solicited for assistance.

Never has what i need in stocked

Store was clean and neat. The shelves were neat. One employee was sweeping and when she saw I had a handful of items and the lady in front of me had a cart full of things, she opened up a register and rang up myself and another customer. And she was very pleasant even though she was interrupted from her work.

Dirty floors, food and drink spilled on the floors, rat droppings by the food isle. Not one shelf stocked. Whoever is managing needs to be retrained. The entire store was disgusting.

They have a variety of things...I love getting activities from there as well as food storage containers. Very easy to put gifts together from there without breaking your pocket

This dollar tree is my favorite. They always have what I need. Its alway clean, and customer service is always good. Last time I was in a nice man named Brandon helped me. Love this store!

LOVE this Dollar Tree location. Always ample and easy parking. Store stays well kept, staffed, stocked, and managed. Great selection of gems to find. And everything actually costs a dollar.

Everything in this Dollar Tree store, like all DT Stores is priced at $1.00, some items even have two for one dollar, an example is pot-holders. This was my first trip to this store and I was in a hurry. I was in and out again in less than 5 minutes, even with being distracted by many things that I needed more time to examine and select from . The store was clean and mostly well stocked. As usual, this store like all of the other DT stores is run by friendly and helpful people.

So much to choose from and all for under a dollar. Cant go wrong with that. And if the product didnt meet your expectations you only lost a dollar so no big deal.

Disorganized. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Items were not adequately stocked. Ask if someone could check the stock room for more of the items I needed but told that they did not know how to find the items in their stockroom. No effort was made to help me. Young man through up his hands and laughed.

Best Dollar Tree in the county. Always stocked with items and food items, baked goods that are priced about half as much as a regular grocery store would have them.

Cashier notice 1 of the pictures frames I bought that the glass was broken. Which I was able to go and replace it and not have to return it after getting it home.

Always waiting in line because employees dont care... I had to go out and get my own buggy with two young childen...i even brought one for an elderly lady... I asked 2 emoyees if they had two different items...they said no.....later I found them both within 5 minutes. It was a glue stick and finger paint...worst customer service ever... and a nasty unorganized store.
