Great selection still but not staffed well enough. No one was available on the sales floor to open the cages that held the markers. We had to have the guy from the front door area come to the back of the store to help us. I saw 3 employees total in the entire store. Two were at registers so that didnt leave anyone to assist customers. But all the employees were very friendly & helpful... just in need of more staff.

We order online 4 items online, paid via Paypal. Today we went to pick up, luckily my husband opened the bag and saw only 3 items. We asked the lady there, she said oh we did not have the item you needed so we charged only 3 items.We then walk around to have a look and we found a lot of items ( letters decal) that she said they did not have. We brought it to her and pay for itWe feel not pleased for the service and the way they operate store here1. If you do not have enough items, you should inform customer when they pick it up so they can be aware of what they have and not. It was lucky my husband opened to check,if we go home without checking with trust in your service then we would find out 1 item missing and that is the item we need. What will we do? Drive back or drive to another store to find it and make phone call to ensure you did not charge us for that items? In this case you take customers time to pay for your negligence2. Why your staff could not find the item we order even it was there, customer like us found it? Your inventory control is weak.This feedback for Michael Store in West Covina.

Its a great store. They have so many art supplies here. They have almost everything you could possibly need for your next project. I also like how the staff here really cares about the customers. I went to buy my supplies for my art class and the cashier looked through a lot of coupons to give me the best one so that I could save money. I definitely recommend coming here.

Pretty sure this place used to to be a staples at some point. Other than that, this place is HUGE. Things do get messy when they have super good sales so its best to go a week and half or two weeks after those type of sales so everything is back in its place and reorganized. Order for pick up was fast and easy. You get helped out faurly quickly.

I always find what Im not looking for 😂🤣 and then some. Even though you can only use 1 coupon at a time, if you keep an eye on the sales you can get a pretty good deal and everyone there is always friendly. One of the best Michaels Ive been to. I dont have to run around town to other stores to find my crafting needs. Fully stocked on the supplies I need. Its clean and normally neatly organized. Parking is easy. The staff is friendly and helpful

One employee made me feel uncomfortable just bc I was looking thru the bottom drawer to see 8f they had what I was looking for... if I was trying to steal i wouldnt be all obvious about it.

I prefer to choose my items myself, but this is the only choice at this time. One of the paint brushes I received didnt look clean. Might return, but it seems like an ordeal now. Worker that came out was super nice.

I..couldnt walk all the aisles but its eonderful. Get art sketchbooks and markers here because they stock good brands and the selection is large. Used their curbside pickup and it went easily and fast.
