Walked in, asked for prices of best tires. Sales really understood what I was looking for without me being specific. Not badly priced and was able to change all four tires at once. I definitely recommend and would come back for future tire needs.

I bought 4 tire for my f150 Hardly Davidson, the service was good but when I got home I was missing two of the tires wheel caps . I talk to the manger Angel several times and he assure me I will get reimburse for the price of the replacement part, until now still waiting it has been over four months. just be aware when you leave you have everything put back as it was when you got there

Got here at 5:40 with a flat tire, luckily I was able to get off the freeway safely with my 3 kids in the car, and the manager turned me away because they close at 6 and said he would then have to be there past 6. I only saw one car parked in there and one drove away which the manager said he had turned away too and since he didn’t help them he wasn’t going to help me either. Didn’t make sense to me since they should accept business until 6 in my opinion.

Re-edited review: $132 installation fee for four tires? Well, I have to drop the 5-star to 1star. I don’t know why they charge me $33 per tire just for mount it on a spare wheel rim, way more expensive than last time I visited here. I have done the new tire installation for seven or eight times before, but never seen $32.99 installation fee. However, the employee said they always do this same price.The first time review: Great and quick service, fair price and friendly staffs! I’m happy this is closed to us! They can provide many services including brake, suspensions, alignment and tries service. Also there is a tinting store beside. This time it took a hour for swapping tires, make an appointment before you come, and you can leave in one hour as me.

Angel and the mechanics that work there are awesome. They always take good care of me and my cars. They have no problem explaining what needs to be done and when. Then they take care of it promptly and for a reasonable price.

This was the first time I have gone to buy tires myself and these guys were so great. I didnt feel intimidated or pressured into buying anything. They were all friendly with me and every customer that walked in while I was there. They thanked me for being patient but I thank them for being so great. This was my first visit to American tire depot. When i called in the morning Angel answered and was very polite and helpful! I also got a lower price quote then with the dealership and a few other places i called. Angel told me that they weren’t that busy and to come by anytime! I showed up about an hour later and when i got to the desk and let him know what car i was there for he remembered instantly including the price he quoted me! I immediately felt comfortable and like a valued customer. Once my tires were done angel came out to let me know they were checking the alignment and quoted me some prices, about 10 min later he came back out to let me know how the alignment check went and how long it would be to fix it! I like that he kept coming out to keep me informed! The service didnt take too long and Angel was very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be back and refer my friends and family here because of him!

Made an online appointment, I showed up 10 minutes early and Angel assisted me right away with great attitude and professionalism. So fast, I think I was there maybe 30 minutes from thinking I’d drop off my car to driving it off the lot. Got all four tires mounted and balanced and it feels so much smoother now. Today is the second time Ive been here to get a tire fixed under warranty from a set of tires that I purchased from them and both times Ive gotten the run around! The first time they said they didnt have it and sent me to Glendora bc they called and said they had it when I got to glendora they never called and didnt have any in stock long story short I ended up in Rosemead. Now this time same story no tire sent me to Glendora I get to Glendora and they have them but are super busy with appointments cant get me in. They ask me why did I drive all the way over here if I live next to the West covina store when they can come and get it for me! I called West Covina and I get told they cant get me the tire for 4 days because they would have to come pick it up and they dont have time even though they are nowhere near as busy as the Glendora store. I talked to the manager in Glendora he made me an appointment for the next day very helpful even though I have to drive the extra 12 miles seems like my local store cant get there stuff together last time I buy a set of tires from the West Covina store!!!!

I made an appointment and they gave me an alignment for 79.99, the service was fast, the only reason why I cant give them five stars is because when I called ahead to check my appointment they said I could come in early and they will take me, I arrived 35 mins early and they took me at my appointment time. What was the point of me coming in early to just be served at my appointment time.

Everything was great from start to finish, easy to make an appointment. Tires were not in stock but they got them the next day. Service was quick and efficient I would highly recommend this place. The only thing I would say is wipe the tires down a bit so they don’t look dirty or used. I know tires get dirty, but when they rolled out one of my tires I thought it was used. Other than this excellent service would highly recommend.

The service was great and the price was as advertised. My only issue with this place was that the tires were filled with nitrogen which was an extra cost I wasnt told of.

This is a horrible experience to have tire replacement in that place. The staff has refused to provide alignment as promised after completion of tire replacement. The price that was offered was way higher than regular tire replacement price. It is so obvious that the offer price includes tire replacement and alignment. But he said not including. And he can not explain why offer price was higher than regular replacement. Extremely no credit. This is not a correct way of doing business. Don’t believe it.

I had my brakes repaired and also I think it was called Ignition Flush to make your car run better and better gas mileage .Jeremy manager I assumed was very patient and answered all my questions and knowledgeable in his explanations. The tech was efficient and finished the repairs in a timely manner without waiting around for a length of time. I will recommend coming here for service and talking to Jeremy he is nice with a beautiful aura. As for the repairs I had done today if I dont repost any repair issues then I will be going back again.

If you order online the price will change when you get to the store, it was only $15 dollars more but still unethical. I set an appointment for 9 am so I could attend a family event, Im still here at 2 pm waiting because they didnt have the tires on hand that I had preordered. Also they charge for alignments on whole new sets of tires. And everything the upcharge you for is company policy. Buyer beware.

Dude!!! I had gone to 4 different places including the dealer so they can fix my flat tire.This was my last stop, I saw them as I was driving by. Never been there before. I asked if they can check my tire out and see if they can fix a flat. They took me right in! They guys were super nice. Aurelio was super calm and cool! He told me that they actually fixed my flat! I almost cried because other places told me they couldn’t fix it! I felt other places were giving me the woman tax, but Aurelio and the team didn’t!!! Thank you again for their kind service! This guy charges $10.00 extra to call you that the car is ready to be picked up. I don’t know any business that charges you for calling?And they over charged for the labor they did. If you want to go here be prepared to pay for extra fees.

My rear passenger tire blew out on the freeway and I was really upset. Made it to this location and they were great. I left with two new tires, much needed shocks also got alignment done. Very efficient and the two men even stayed past closing time to finish the job. I really appreciated it and feel safe in my car again.

I drove in with a low tire alert. Received excellent customer service from the moment I drove in. The attendant was readily available to assist and explained his findings. I was also assisted in the office by a gentleman I believe may have been the manager who assisted me in getting windshield wipers. He was very courteous. Sorry, I didnt pay attention to names they definitely made my day.

While the prices are higher here, they customer service experience at this location makes up for it.I was also very grateful for the fact that they also do oil changes. I had a very positive experience at American Tire Depot. I was fortunate to catch a great deal during their grand opening weekend. I bought 4 tires for the price of 3 — and with free installment! Jorge and Adrianna were both very kind and gave me honest advice so that I could make the best purchase for my car (and my pockets). To top it all off, they had a rep grilling burgers and hot dogs! I left with brand new tires, free lunch, and the confidence in knowing I have a new auto place that I can trust! Doesn’t get any better. :)
