I have ordered multiple mattresses online, all of which gave me aches and sleepless nights whenever I slept. I knew I had to go to a brick-and-mortar store to find a mattress, even though I knew it would be more expensive than online alternatives. I was yearning for a quality mattress to help keep my body cool and supported throughout the night without feeling like sleeping on concrete. I was aware of Ortho Mattress before coming in to look around, but I worried that I would have to spend an absorbent amount of money to get something average.Upon walking into the store, Lisa Marie greeted me and offered me a water bottle while I looked around the store. After telling her about my price range, she quickly spotted several mattresses and guided me to them. While I was trying out the mattresses, she taught me how to support my head and neck with a pillow and explained how important it was to invest in a quality mattress. It put me off by how honest she was, as Ive had poor experiences with salespeople in the past. Most will use technical jargon to convince you to spend top dollar on something, but Lisa was different. She didnt pressure me into buying something on the spot, nor did she try to persuade me to spend more than what I was comfortable with.Lisa is one of the most friendly and honest salespeople Ive ever met. She gives you the information you need to know to make a good purchase and what to know concerning the delivery process and warranty. I came away feeling good about my purchase, which is rare when spending more than a few hundred dollars on anything!

Went in today with my wife and teenage daughter looking for a mattress of course, we didn’t know what to look for in a mattress but Lisa Marie was well informed on what mattresses to look for! she gave us some guidance on what to look for. Lisa Marie went above and beyond for my Mother who has spend many nights not able to sleep. I did my research and devoted a week of my vacation time to find the best mattress for Mom. The 4th of July sale was an added bonus but my main goal was to find the perfect bed for my Mother. We went in on the 5th, and Lisa Marie had my Mom try a few beds but she always came back to the first one. I told Mom that this is our first day looking so we can always come back. We went to a few more places but no one helped us with our questions and if we found someone they had no answers for us. After the second day, Mom said lets go back to Lisa Marie because that is the bed I want. We shared a family story with Lisa Marie, about our cousin making 2 kitchens for his wife because homes in Italy have 2 Kitchens. As a full time working mom, I need a comfortable mattress to maximize the few hours of sleep my babies allow me to get. When I went to Ortho with my husband, Brandi was able to direct us around the showroom until we found the perfect mattress for me and my family.
