I bought two of the same shoe that was part of their BOGO sale. It was a good find because I could not find anyone else offering any type of discount on this shoe. They did not have my size so they had to place an online order for me. I ordered two different colors in my size, then I sent a message to the website the next morning asking to change one of the colors. I had to go exchange the shoes back at the store for another home delivery. I have the shoes I want now.Pros:-Shoes seemingly defect-free-Two store associates and one store associate over the phone pleasant and helpful.-Receipt said 7-10 business days for deliveries, but I got both of mine in around 2-3 days.Con:-While logged in, the website showed my order under my account, but it still made me put in the tracking number and email to track my package, and it was not able to recognize it.-I sent a message through the website, and they did not respond.- My name was spelled as RICHARDO on my initial receipt even after giving her my DL for my information. I thought correcting it on the website fixed it, but no, it was on the shipping label of the second delivery. This particular misspelling of my name happens way too often for me, and is now a huge pet peeve of mine. You guys can have the fifth star if you respond telling me it is changed in the system.

When we were looking around for our shoes there was no staff around except one gentleman. There was one cashier in the front. There was like 4 to 5 employees gossiping in the corner of the store. Not helping anyone. Just laughing loud and talking. The guy employee was backed up with customers needing help and the others just talking. The cashier was super nice very awesome customer service. When we left they were still there gossiping not helping anyone. So sad to see that

Really good service, fast check out, and a great selection of shoes. Isaiah, my cashier, was very friendly and helpful, and I will for sure be going back to buy more shoes from there. They always have great deals and their buy-one-get-one deal is really good because you can also get that deal on the clearance shoes.

I bought a pair of water shoes for $54.49 on February 24 this year. When I was wearing them to work in the company, I always felt that my left foot was wet. After checking, I found that the left sole had leaked into the water. What kind of water shoes are, my left foot has been soaked in cold water for more than two months. I found the original invoice and shoe box, hoping to give a pair of shoes!
