Affected by covid, I called to ask if there was any programs to help in this situation. Lady sounded like she wanted to say ‘too bad’ lol or maybe I’m just frustrated with the covid but all she said was there was 7$ discount for low income.

I found the employees to be very nice and responsive. Went out of their way to assist with billing issues and transfers. Lower star ratings for the rates, no senior considerations for limited income.

Their rates are high and they do not offer a senior discount. Also, if you miss or are late with just one payment, they threaten to turn off your water. I’ve been buying my water from Suburban for many years and you’d think there would be a little more trust and respect for an old customer. Unfortunately, in this area, I don’t have a choice of more than one water company.

Im giving them one star because the rates are too high. I live by myself in a 3-bdrm house so I barely use any water. I only water my lawn and backyard once a week three minutes each. But my bill still fluctuates between $50-$70/mo. I just dont get it. I feel sorry for people with families having to pay this mess.

This water company has the HIGHEST RATES out there!!! I was paying $58 a month and now there saying my monthly bill is $187 a month. I have no swimming pool. Be careful and make sure you review your bill carefully. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Paid high water bills all the time online, they cut the water and close their office before you get home so you cant call anyone to get it turned back on... These people dont make it easy for their customers.

Ive gotten really good help over the phone, most of my past issues i had with wrong account numbers but the office lady was beyond helpful. Just call them and speak to them.

They have always been great to me!
