Called ADT for estimate and said they had to run my credit to send out sales person, so I did it apprehensively. Guy came out and was asking where do I install...where are your outlets...I had to stop him and ask him that I did not buy anything, how could he install anything? He said he wasnt a sales person, only there to install. I had to cancel all appointments for that day because we spend the day going back and forth with his supervisor on the phone over pricing, whom was at another site. Okay, I paid to get it installed but guy said it was too late and had to call for another install date. Next guy came and thought he only had to install a smoke detector. When he realized that he had to install all the parts he freaked out and mentioned that he was paid on commission per site he visits. He said he would lose commission because he wouldnt make his last job. He called his supervisor upset and wanted me to talk to him. Not sure what I would say. He did install but several things didnt work. Motion sensor does not work and garage sensor jammed my garage door for a while. Additionally the guy used my house restroom to take a dump without asking and I had to clean it with Clorox due to skid marks and smell. Secondly, he asked for tip since he wouldnt make his last job. So I called to get these issue repaired regarding sensor. First call, no one showed up. Second call, no one showed up. Called again and they hung up on me. Im glad I have 90 days to cancel. I thought ADT was a good company. Never had these issues with Protect America and its a cheaper company.

ADT is usually great in customer service, and installation, but when transferred to the Covina office, the agent seemed very careless. Didnt really seem to care about the issues I was having. He had a suit yourself attitude instead of a, let me see what I can do to help attitude. Starting to rethink my service, and will probably switch over to Protect America for a better deal and overall customer service.....

This is a bogus address. I have called both phone numbers listed. One number connected me Lexington, Ky, the other phone number connected me to Dayton, Ohio. NOT 100 N CITRUS. NO business in West Covina! BEWARE.They want $99 to schedule a FREE appointment, huh ?? Then the next request is to ask for permission to run a credit check. WOW!Dont be fooled by all the nice guy talk they give out and trustworthy they are.NO ADT BUSINESS LOCATED @ 100 N CITRUS, WEST COVINA, CA. 91790.*****************************************If it smells like Dung, sounds like Dung,IT. IS DUNG !

I have had my ADT home security system installed for a couple of days and I can say I feel very protected and comfortable with the system. So far so good!!!

Experience was okay.. system works good .. few small holes were he moved a motion sensor and a panel . Other than that good instillation

The installation was very fast and easy and the technician show knowledge about security issues and recommned me the right system for my home..

Buyer Beware. This location is a dealer for ADT. They dont use up to date product. The equipment you are buying is over priced. Starting $129 a sensor you will be asked to pay several thousand for a system that is obsolete. The ads are misleading.

+5 hours of negotiations with tech. Too late to finish installation. Promised to come back on Monday to complete install. Never showed up!!
