Well Stocked & some friendly service too!

Today was very quick, easy and friendly shopping.

Curb Side Pickup: Get Ready To...WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT & YES WAIT. Unbelievable & disorganized! No Leadership! Took advantage of a great buy YESTERDAY! One would think early the next day, the order was pulled??? Not here. Oh no, waiting 50 & counting minutes in Drop Off & Pick Up Curb. NEVER AGAIN:(

Only thing is the candles are soooo expensive. Ouch!

Very clean and organized. I like this new capacity change because I can walk around freely and see all the wonderful array of products in their place.

Awesome Bath & Body Works!! It has the Japanese Cherry Blossom as an awesome scent.

So i drove to the mall specifically to go to this store. They close at 6pm I got there at 5:15pm only to have em tell me the line was closed with 3 people standing in line. So i go across the way to stand in line at the Disney store and see the employee who closed off the line let in like 6 people. I went and asked what was up and all he could say to me was unfortunately were at capacity, Im sorry in the most insincere tone. Id rather drive all the way to Glendora cuz their customer service is always great

I love this store they have good body sprays. Its clean and workers are nice

The employees are very helpful and I was able to get some great candles. They are not letting anyone smell or try the lotions so you can only smell the candles.

Im a frontline worker so it makes it hard to get to any store at any time. I skipped my lunch and despite traffic made it to this store at 7:20pm (they close at 8pm). I was so relieved just to be told by an employee standing outside that they decided to close early that day. I was not aware that they pick and choose their hours. I’ll try a different location tomorrow but I’ll call before I go to make sure this is not something they practice as well.

I absolutely love scents for the home and there is no better place for these items than B&BW. I chose Pumpkin Vanilla Marshmallow for my home and it is wonderful! The plug in holders are beautiful also. Pricing okay....not your Glade or Airwick prices.. but then the scents are so much better. Fun to shop and sniff.

I dont mind standing in line. I do mind sale reps with nasty attitudes.

This store is awesome. There are so many items to choose from. I would definitely recommend the foaming hand soap and wall fragrances. This store sits inside a mall and there is lots of parking. The inside always smells good and the staff is extremely helpful with what you need. I can spend hours in this store and lots of money on stuff for shower and lotions and fragrances for the house.

Great and friendly staff. Clean and bright environment. There is one specific employee, a key holder or manager possibly, that always stands out to me. He can make you buy 5 more things when you only go in for one thing LOL. He is great adding on to your purchase with mentioning the APP, e-mails, coupons, etc. I will find out his name and edit the review. Great service and greeting all the time.

Went there looking for a body lotion, but they dont carry them anymore. The guy I talked too very friendly, and let me tried some of the new ones they have. I picked up first one small lotion which cost $6.00, the nice guy tell the lady in the register to give me discount on the small lotion, just paid about $5.20 I think. Nice people to talk too.

This place sold my minor daughter a gift card with no balance. When my husband took her, she gave the cashier 50 dollars in cash. The cashier never put it in the gift card. Never buy gift cards from this place.

This pacle is the best and they always have great deals and sales and best part is they let you combine the coupons

Ro I believe is the manager, he is doing a great job. Always goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. During the chaotic time of the candles on sale this weekend, there was sooo much going on. I had an issue with my purchase he made sure it was taken care of. I also noticed that Ro and other employees helped customers bringing candles to them, so the customers didnt lose their spot in line. The employees also kept the line moving. So what seemed like the longest live ever Ro and his staff kept it moving fast. They are awesome. Thank you.

It is always great everything; products, sales and customer service!.however, other customers sometimes are the negativity at this place...just do ur thing, enjoy your self smelling good with samples, specially with the aroma therapy ones..🐽🐷🐖🐩🦄

I loved bath and body work in plaa west covina so much,but unfortunately Ive disappointed today when I went there for buying three wicked candle on sale,there was a very long line, I picked my candle up and I was looking for my favourite smell for wall flower but I couldnt find that,when I was about to pay money I told one of the staff about it and I asked her please do me a favour...,she didnt listen to me even I couldnt finish my sentence and told me I cant bring you candle go and pick up yourself!I was surprised because she didnt even let me finish my conversation!i askes again from another staff and when i told no one help me here, please do me a favour, I cant find my item,she went and bring me my salted Carmel wall flower!The second problem is I have to go there again and ask them to wrap my candle and its stand as a gift,they didnt ask me about it but in your Insta story you show the customer that you wrapped them!I didnt expect this !! But I love most of the product💖

Came to return a candle my girlfriend bought. There was a long line. Every couple minutes we had the manager Victoria shout at the line to follow the red dots. Made the experience a lot more annoying.
