Great selection of Halloween costumes. The costume side was a bit unorganized. Which is totally understandable. This location was pretty busy during my visit. It was a bit hard finding someone to help me look for gloves. Didnt end up finding the ones I needed.

I went here to see the Halloween costumes and decor. They have a lot of party things and seasonal changes for decorating.

Needed a last minute wizard costume for a Lord of the Rings viewing party, was super simple, but at least they had items I could throw together. Only thing missing was a staff. One employee helped brainstorm with me what I could try to use for a staff, but options were limited. I did appreciate him taking the time to help me with my search. Nice store.

I enjoy coming to this store because Cinthia the party planner is so helpful. The last two times I came here in the last 2 weeks she was patient with me and she gave me ideas for my parties. I really appreciate her. Look for her at this store if you go.

This is my local Party City. For the most part it is always well stocked. And the employees are a mixture of GREAT and meh. I just purchased a nice looking array of balloons for my sons bday and the guy that rang me up was sweet and efficient and worked fast but not to the point where i felt rushed if that makes sense... overall good store. Parking can be a headache as its near one of the entrances/exits so it can be tricky getting to ur next destination on a busy day

It’s your typical Party City, nothing special. A generally kinda funky-feeling / weird atmosphere and overpriced.The workers are either quirky, young, and don’t want to be there, or they’re grumpy, older, and also don’t want to be there... (I don’t blame you guys... I don’t blame you. Party City feels like an alternate dimension I accidentally entered, like the Twilight Zone or something).BUT HEY, GOOD THING- some of their StarWars stuff is decently priced... I got a big BB-8 eraser for $0.75! Woo-HOO!Overall, weird alternated reality or 2000s vibes, overpriced stuff, and cool StarWars erasers.

They are always fully stocked, alot of cool products, and inexpensive. They are starting a new program: like a party coordinator. The girl asked me if I needed help, what was I planning, and then left me to shop. I had questions and she was helpful,then plus she came back with great suggestions. I really like the fact she was helpful but not bothersome.

If you need help, ask for Cynthia. She was absolutely awesome in helping me select some items for our son-in-law & daughters renewing of their wedding vows reception. Thanks to her were all happy!

Clean and organized. I didnt notice actual aisle signs showing the sections but we walked through each because we were looking for a specific color of napkins. Staff was very nice.

Yesterday I came just to look at some balloons, a very helpful gentleman came and told me that the small heart balloons are 25¢ each, because Valentines Day has just passed. I didnt take any, which I later regretted. Therefore, I went in again today, and the lady who I talked to informed me that they are regular price! I thought maybe the gentleman made a mistake. However, when she informed me again the Valentines Day balloons are regular price, I knew she was BSing! Give me a break, the sign at the front door even stated ALL VALENTINES PRODUCTS ARE 50% OFF! Later when I walked out the door, I discovered shes the general manager. If a general manager cannot get things straight, either shes incompetent or just trying to up-sell the customers. No wonder Party City closed down sooooooo many stores (more than 750) nationwide last year, its due to practices like this!

I came in looking for balloons for a Grand Opening and I got excellent help and service. They did everything to make sure I got what I needed. The balloons came out great and looked even better in the store for the opening.

Great store, variety of stuff is off the charts. Staff was friendly and quickly answered my questions about a certain item i was looking for. Quick lines to pay.

Big box discounter of party supplies where selection is seasonal and often more expensive and limited than one would expect. Staff is helpful in finding whatever they have in stock. Candy at check out will tempt kids, who are a challenge to shop with at this store.

In need of party supplies, around the cCity of Industry, them stop by great staff that was very helpful when explaining that if I bought a packaging of balloons if spend a $1.00 each inflating all 6 within the package after purchasing them. Thanks for informing me that the loose balloons at the counter were a dollar and some change with free inflation. Thanks for making someones bday special.

I will give you the best advice for this place:DO NOT EVER COME HERE ON HALLOWEEN!!Get your shopping done ahead of time so you wont be like me and try to do everything last minute.I went there today and the store is a huge mess and so packed!I had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to buy some face paint.Ridiculous!

Staff was very helpful. If you dont use certain items there is a 30 day return policy. They have a very healthy selection.

Nice store, though it did not have the gauntlet style gloves that my son has as looking for.

Seems like they run out of things pretty quickly and take a while to restock. When I asked if they can check the back inventory of an item the associate just stated, all we have is whats out there.

I bought balloons etc for my sons bday and they were gr8. Huge selection and gr8 customer svs. Shop with confidence.

Go stop for ideas a party supplies. They just started party planners a young lady was helping us she was great had been like 2weeks at this store since they started the party planning since she said the LA ones had success look for someone with a clipboard on that note.

Party City is type of store you come here if you need last minute shopping for a friend or a party gift shop or accessories. The stuff here isnt good quality but is decent price and theres are good variety if you look for it. There was like 1 staff work here.. Service could be better, but since people nowdays so tech savy. I find this type of store less useful unless you need something in next or the same day. Many stuff is cheaper and better quality else where but isnt as accessible

Tried to look for items last minute for a bachelorette party, but didnt find a good variety. I guess I came right before they were closing, because instead of being told personally, they just announced over loud speaker were closed and registers are closed. So basically, F-off. Find another location with staff that hasnt been defeated by life.

Standing in line for some balloons. Didnt think it would take 45 mins... Only one cashier. 2 other workers just standing around. They should really open another register... Obviously they dont care.

With Halloween coming up, I stopped by Party City to pick up my daughters custom. I walked right in the door, and no greetings from anyone. Walked all the way to the back to the Halloween section, found that she wanted to wear. Looked for someone and no one was around. Finally someone comes to help after 10 mins. No smile on there face or happy to help. As we waiting for the item, other people would ask for help and would not receive it, as the other team members would say that only the 1 guy could help. Some customers left as a result. After about 4 mins, he returned with the wrong size. He went back and returned in about 3 mins. We tried on the custom and it fit. Off we went to the front of the store to the cashiers to end our trip. The guy that help check us out, you could tell that he didnt want to be there. Bad attitude from the moment we walked over to him. In short, I would recommended that you stay away from this place as this is not a friendly store to shop at.

Went in for balloons i went in the morning there was 2 guys inflating balloons once it was my turn i asked to get 3 balloons inflated but with glitter inside they said no we cant do that i told them i had went into the baldwin park party city and they had done the favor for me said it was completely fine but here at the eastland center the guys responded with well we dont do it in this store very rudely no wonder they have horrible ratings never coming back poor customer service

We spent 45 minutes in line only to be denied our purchase -by both the casheir and even the manger who insisted our item was part of a full costume (this is after taking the cashier back to the location on the wall where we found the gloves) -well guess what -not suprisingly they are on the website plain as day (sku 591775) -will be taking another trip tomorrow to speak to the manager again...

Went in today and Fernando the person in charge was rude and unwilling to check inventory to find out if the item I was looking for was delivered yesterday in weekly Tuesday shipments. He instead said call tomorrow after 6 to find out if they have the item. Very disappointed with service and extremely poor customer service will not be shopping at party city in West Covina again. He also refused to sell the sample they had on display.
