Its amazing and has an awesome selection. Plus, its a chocolate factory themed chocolate place/location, so its obviously awesome!!!

Horrible experience walking to the store at this location in WEST COVINA!I came to the store with the intention of buying a box of chocolates to take to my kids who is currently waiting so patiently in the car while I was waiting for an order from BEST BUY to be processed within the hour. I went to the mall and got excited to see the store open and NO one literally no customer inside considering I’m trying to avoid crowd. As I enter the store NO EMPLOYEE ever greeted me and it was fine as I was more thrilled to see the full display of chocolate goodies and snap ONE quick photo of the selection to message my son what kind of chocolate he would want... yet I get this loud in almost yelling toneWE DON’T ALLOW PICTURES here pls stop taking pictures...i was almost startled with the person behind the counter tone of voice.I said to her OH well I need to send to my sonSo...i could... before I even finished the sentenceShe said it againWe don’t allow pictures! And turned her back on me.And DID this employee ever ASK ME if I wanted something? Or can I help you?What kind of customer service is this?My jaw just dropped !Completely and utterly disappointed how I was treated by this employee.Whoever is the Manager at this store...I hope you read this review and hopefully train your employees on how to treat customers.I went to other Rocky Mountain store location here in San Gabriel Valley or LA County which includes store at Citadel outlet and I was never treated like thisthis store is HORRIBLE!What happened to the Christmas spirit and welcoming customers at the door? You guysJust lost another business from someone who is a chocolate lover.

During COVID one would expect to know where the line starts but there LITERALLY wasnt a line when I went. I was minding my own business waiting for my turn and the lady that decided to help us out was SO RUDE! If your so impatient dont get it out on me! Instead the lady helped out a lady that cut in front of me. A couple minutes later another young lady helped me which was very NICE.

I always come here, I am a huge chocolateterian. The people that work here are one of the friendliest and hardworking people that I have ever met. I come here so often that they know my buying and choice of preference. If thats not customer service I dont know what is. I recommend this place 15/10.

Had three bad apples. 2 heath bar apples and one cinnamon apple. Took the first mushy apple back and they gladly replaced it. The first couple bites seemed ok however the apple candy peeled off with the apple skin and the rest of the apple was mushy. The cinnamon was the same. Thinking this was just a bad batch of apples. Went back to purchase two more and kindly asked the girl who was inside when was the last apples were made because i did not want the same batch i had three days ago. She was rude and told me that it was not apple season and all the apples are going to be like the ones i had. I have been a customer for years and never had a bad apple and i am super disappointed with my experience.

Rocky Mountain has the highest quality and is consistent across their chain. Good stuff

I use to be a huge fan of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory - mainly for my usual Cheesecake candy apple! I would order about 10 around Valentines just to share it with people but after coming today for a long awaited Cheesecake candy apple, I decided Rocky Mountain of West Covina is not my have anymore!It was sour and greasy and all over the place.. not the usual that I typically enjoy.You failed me greatly !
