Employees are very helpful and always ask if I need help! My only problem is the limited stock and the store is small but thats honestly thats not the employees fault! But you can always order stuff online and pick it up there ! Also another thing sometimes they only have one person at the register and the line starts to back up, Id wish someone would come for back up and when the line is gone they can keep being great on the sales floor !

Love this place! All they sell here are trendy up to date and retro items. They also sell some Gothic items there as well! Jewlery, sun glasses and a whole lot of T shirts....

I love this place. Hot Topic is my favorite store to buy outrageous presents. And the back side of the store has it wild side. Oh and the T-shirt are krazy.

Everytime I stop by I am greeted and welcomed into the store. The wait isnt that long so I dont mind being asked to stand in line. I really enjoy their selection of Studio Ghibli merchandise but do recommend buying them immediately because those items will sell out and never return.

The people there are super nice and they have a lot of merch from different bands. I love shopping there

I was disappointed with their selection. I was turned off by some of the nasty items they had on display.

Was fantastic Im so glad I was able to visit it again. I hope people fellow the guidelines so I can visit again soon.

Nice place. Cool clothes and other products, but always feels a little crammed sometimes. Either too much stuff or not enough space.

They really didnt have the T-shirt I needed but the girl that worked there did everything to find me what I needed and told me were they had it. So Im glad she was a great help.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went during the week to pick my The Office prison Mike funko. The staff were very knowledgeable of funko and gave great advise.

I love the staff at Hot Topic, very friendly, not harassing. I wish they werent forced to alert each customer of the deals they have going on... there are signs everywhere, dont make them bother everyone.

Service here seems to depend on when you visit. Try to come on a weklekday. These guys seem to be in better mood when there isnt much for them to do. Did get helped by a very nice girl with green hair. Selection is limited, but I assume thats because of the size and location. Overall, ok but not great. West Covina mall location is still the best one Ive been to so far

Pretty awesome store packed With so much cool stuff from Superheros to Sci Fi to Anime to movies and music and toons and Disney. Small stores but always brimming with stock and discounts. Well organized and very friendly and helpful staff.

They have a wide range of Band Ts and all sorts of cartoon or nerdy type things people like. almost everyone will find something they like in here whether its movies music or tv related
