I used to catch the 280 bus going to my high school back in the day and this used to be my daily stop before school the lady who used to work the counter every morning was the sweetest and the nicest and their donuts and hot coffee or chocolate is always on point. Im so happy to see theyre still in business. I will definitely be back when I go back home.

Imma give yall an honest review based on my cumulative expirences.Ive been going here for a few years, its a staple of this city. Theres always going to be mishaps (like an accidental overcharge or a person having a bad day), but I genuinely like the food. Yeah, theyre no longer family run (I believe) and yeah, I think some of the drinks in the fridge are old, but the donuts are always soft and fluffy. Their jelly filled, custard, double chocolate, their glazed, the fruity pebble one, the tiny glazed bites, it all always tastes so good. Maybe once it was a little on the harder side but I ordered it in the middle of the night so it makes sense. Its slightly expensive because its not a corporation like yum yum, its a small business thats been running for YEARS. The price is reasonable for being a small business in West Covina and over the years, Ive seen hella changes and diversity in their menu. Like, theyre selling boba now?? Hello?? Thats how you adapt to the environment. I really enjoy this establishment and will get Rainbow over YumYums or Dunkin or Krispy Kream anytime. This is my and my families favorite place to get donuts and thats that.

Ive been going to this donut shop for a very long time and its distance to my home is very convenient. However, the best thing about the place is the environment. In the morning, there are usually elderly folk relaxing and chatting inside with their donuts and coffee and the owner of the place is very vibrant and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Best donuts on the planet, I swear. I dont know how they make them taste so freaking good, but they are just absolutely fantastic. Not to mention. they are open 24/7! Came in for a peaceful breakfast and some Hispanic manager ruined it by YELLING at another employee from across the room and IN FRONT OF EVERYONE INCLUDING CUSTOMERS, on how he should use his “common sense” and basically degrading the poor kid. EVERYONE in the store saw the kid get humiliated and felt bad for him. I paid closer attention to the staff and it looked like NOBODY was happy working there, or at least under that Hispanic woman. Never coming back to that environment again.

I used to live in West Covina I moved to Rialto I go to see my grandson once a week when I go there I have to go to Rainbow Donuts because they have the best service they have the best donuts and its a very clean and healthy atmosphere. I wish I was living back in West Covina because I would be a regular customer.
