This review is a bit overdue. I’d like to thank Jim and the team at Reynolds. I purchased a new Isuzu FTR and I couldn’t be happier. Jim is a professional and was able to offer several options when purchasing. His customer service was superb. I will eventually get a 16 footer and will be coming back asking for Jim. We started using Reynolds a couple of years ago after we were ready to pull out our hair over the dishonest and incompetent service we received at the big truck shops around us. At Reynolds they stick to their word, they are honest, reliable, affordable, polite and as far as I can tell they do a really good job. Our truck is in and out in no time and - knock on wood - we never had to come back with the same issue, because they get it right the first time.
