The staff is wonderful. So very amazing and went above and beyond for me. This is my forever build a bear workshop. I cannot thank the staff enough for finding the perfect addition to my bear. The wings are perfect. This store is just, amazing. If this staff ran other store the world would be a nicer place. My bear is perfect and I am so thankful that they helped make it such. You all are wonderful 💙

Love this store. The staff is very helpful. Love my bears. They have many outfits however they didnt have one for Sheriff Deputy sooo I made one. 🌿🌹🌿

Came for a party last weekend. The store was clean and tbe staff was friendly. There is so much fun stuff for your stuffed new buddy or new goodies for one you already have at home. It was my sons first time. He had a blast and Beary loves his new home.

If I love it here, kids must b crazy for this place. Prepare to spend 45$ on a bear, thats not including clothes n accessories.... That could easily turn it into$90/bear with clothes n accessories.Cant put a price on their happinessThumbs up

The customer service in this Build-A-Bear was very outstanding.

I just love the fact that you can build your own bear . I mean for my son was fun and he was happy with his stuffed animal

Really enjoy going here with my boyfriend. Im always welcomed in a friendly manner and I enjoy the reasonable selection of stuffed bears and animals. Often times the place only has 1 person working and it may get busy.

This place is amazing! The people who work here have hearts of gold. They are exceptional at their job and are sincere when they say they care. They were also very nice to my mother. So yeah i would deff recommend to everyone. All the little touches and extra things they do like putting the heart inside the bear is awsome.

Angel helped me n my daughter out. She loved it so much. A little pricey but it was her birthday and she had a gift card.. Totally worth the experience. Plus they re stuff there bears and fix torn bears bought there of course. So thats a plus...

I will never shop here again. The person helping me decided to walk away from me mid sentence because I told her I thought that $40 was a little expensive for roller skates and was looking for other options. She refused to help me and walked off to help someone else. I refuse to buy any more BAB stuff for my daughter now. Thanks, you have now lost a loyal customer.
