Called to see if they had a specific hat and I had to call 4 times at 10 am before anyone picked up. Not only that but he answered the phone as if he were talking to a homie. Im glad they didnt have the hat. They need to brush up on professionalism. If you want to talk like a hoodlum, go to the streets.

Dont trust the custom embroidery. It wont come out as you expect.

We came in from out of town and decided to get a raiders hat that we cant get at home. The guy sold my husband in the embroidery, then proceeded to put the wrong letters on it, helped other customers before fixing it because we stepped out to another store, then screwed up the fabric on the only hat in that size of that style. We got a refund, but we wasted 30 minutes waiting on it and ended up with nothing. The hats are overpriced as it is, but definitely dont bother with the embroidery...

I ordered a hat and they never sent me a tracking number on it or anything and when I finally got my hat they gave it to me as if they just threw it some where the hat looked smashed and the form of it was not standing straight it was to the side
