My dad recently got his hearing aid from Connect hearing West Covina. While he is still adjusting to his new hearing aid, I do want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service and professional expertise of the wonderful Connect Hearing West Covina care team! They took such compassionate and thoughtful care of my dad from his pre-screening hearing test to the fitting process of the hearing aid. Crystal (the office coordinator) took great care of my dad and went above and beyond in making sure that the insurance paperwork went through for my dad and that everything worked smoothly and efficiently...shes so polite and thoughtful that she often personally checked in to make sure that everything was working for my dad. Eric (the hearing instrument specialist) was also great in making recommendations for my dad to try out as he adjusts to his hearing aid. Overall, its an truly exceptional experience that we would recommend to everyone whos looking for hearing assessment and hearing interventions.

Connect Hearing was very accommodating to getting me in and out quickly because I had another doctor appointment that same morning. Also they have an automated system that send email and text appointment reminders which is AWESOME!And in their email offers the in-take forms to fill out ahead of time. All medical offices should offer this easy way of streamlining an appointment so the forms are already in office for the day of appointment and once a patient arrives they are seen quickly rather than making them fill out 5 pages of information in the lobby.The tech who conducted my comprehensive hearing exam was Eric Mayer and he was very sweet caring and gentle mannered. Eric was only trying to be helpful when he reviewed the results of the exam afterwards but it sort of startled me however I will wait until I see my ENT to go over the results thoroughly.All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Very helpful, friendly and free coffee. The hearing test after a physical ear examination will take a little more than an hour, but worth the time. They took extra time to make my health insurance able to cover the hearing-aids. I wish I found this place earlier.

This is the right place to come for a hearing test and or hearing aid(s)!! I dont think I have had such a thorough hearing test before. Eric and Liz are very helpful and attentive. I havehad a great experience with this office. 👍
