Where do I even start! I came earlier today for the first time. I’ve been passing by this store for years on my way to work. I decided to stop by after work. Man. The guy Nick was a real one. His customer service was beyond something I could even imagine. He made me feel like I’ve known him for years and made me feel so welcomed. He had music playing making the environment so welcoming and happy. He knew about so many things like beer, alcohol, mixing drinks, what was popular. I felt like I have been there before with how he treated me. It was an awesome experience to say the least. The store was stocked up and super clean. It had everything. The prices were fairly reasonable and the beer was ice cold!! Who would have thought you would find cake mix and other random items at a convenience store. Simply amazing! Definitely will be coming back to buy more items! I could tell that the customers there appreciate that young man as an employee and amigo. I could go on! I promise you won’t be disappointed if Nick is there. I will spend my money happily there supporting this business. Thank you Nick for great customer service and thank you Pacific Liquor for having all that I need.THEY EVEN HAVE THE CHIPS ONLY FOUND IN MEXICO!!!!!! If you haven’t been here check them out!

Friendly service coolers kept clean and cold

I went in to this location to buy some alcohol. Nick the cashier was very knowledgeable about all the options available. Not something you see often at other liquor stores. He provided exceptional customer service I honestly wish he would work more often as this is my local go to spot since I moved to West Covina. He definitely made it feel like home and I will return to this location because of his great customer service. He is very respectful and deserves a raise. Thank you Nick for great customer service.

My daughters work with the lady next door to the liquor store on weight reduction powders. They did a free boutique for domestic violence and my girls donated there hair scrunchys to raise money for the cause. I bought scratchers from liquor store while they talked. Girls items sold out in 1 hour!!! There on Instagram under scrunch. abunch and have a wide variety to choose from. Do your Xmas shopping early. Scrunchys and tie blankets. Order online save time and money!!!
