Deserves negative stars, employees know nothing and should not be allowed to give advice. if you don’t know how to help just say that. also called in today for a refund and got hung up on mid sentence lol what a joke

Update 9/4/2021. Husband went into this store today to look for butterfly clips, and Crystal was very rude to him, I just want to say if you dont like your job find a new one, you are in customer service for a reason and one of the reasons is not to be a total jerk. Even the look he got going in was mean, hun I dont think customer service is for you. Honestly, this store needs all new workers and management, Was in the store a few months ago asked for a product for my husbands hair. Was watched like a dog the workers are up in the front talking not so quit about you. And staring you down because you are an interracial couple. We are not coming to this one again due to the workers. Are very rude. We will drive over to Altoona for what we need

Just left this store and was told to get out by the manager because I didnt want to give them my email information. When I asked what happens if an older person doesnt have one she said no discount even if youre licensed, which I have been for 40 years.Obviously she never stood behind a chair for a minute, never been treated so disrespectful in my life!

Walked in and the lady was immediately rude like she had a bad day and while I was shopping in the store I could hear her talking on the phone about me. Definitely will not go back to this location. Please retrain your staff!

Unfortunately very disappointed in their management tactics, they supposedly are going green with paper bags, so kinda defets the purpose and also they will charge you for it, as a beauty supply you deal with chemicals that could be hazardous if they are spilled so you need to have plastic reusable bags available, I had to throw all my products I bought in liquid form into my purse because the lady at the front desk who I asked to explain to me why they were using paper bags, said and I quote here is your receipt complain to someone who will listen, there is a number on there call them Amazing customer service .

Sally’s is a great store but their staff are not helpful at all and will lie about their products just to have u buy them it happend to me twice at this location, please choose a different location to go to

The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked. Im a day full of errands, this stop is always a favorite.

The worst experience ever, first time for me at that store and I absolutely hate it. The worker, Stephanie, was absolutely rude to me as I approached her asking for help and she said “no!” To me immediately before I got the chance to say what I wanted, then she turned her back and left. Idk why they hire such people with no manners whatsoever!

I walked up to the door it was like a minute till 6 the manager a blonde headed lady was letting a lady customer out the door and another customer was checking out and I just needed to grab 1 thing of hair color I knew exactly what I needed(ilI admit I know they close at 6 and I was trying to finish my work so I could get there), so said can I just get one thing thats all I need, as I really need to color my hair tonight. She got and attitude and she is like I am sorry we are closing, so rude. I mean with this Covid I do not get out much. I do know this I will not go back to the Sallys at the clock tower of I go to any. I will order mine from Amazon or somewhere besides Sallys. I totally understand wanting to be off work, but me grabbing one thing and someone inside checking another customer out already what is one more person.#kindnessinthisworldmeansalot

They have some of what I need and most of the staff is nice. Theres one lady that recognizes me and my buying habits. Thats nice. Theres another lady who insisted on following me around the store even though I really didnt leave the ethnic section much.

Rude workers, will definitely not be coming back to this location.

The girls at the WDM location were so helpful and very professional. They made me feel like I was the most important person at the moment.
