This business is a local favorite of our family. They take the time to fit you right. There is a wide selection of sizes, and the brands are quality. The prices are good, especially considering the service and products being so good. They also have excellent sales of all kinds of sizes and products.... we bought some really nice footwear this week and saved what I would estimate to be around $60. I love this place! I do almost all of my shopping online, but I want to make sure that I get a great fit for my toddlers shoes. The employees are so friendly and helpful! They are happy to try several pairs of shoes and assess how each one fits. Even the same brand often has several shoe styles. My daughter has wide feet so they made some helpful recommendations on tennis shoes that come in extra wide! I almost ordered Stride Rites online with a 10% off coupon, but Im so glad I went in to Fit to be Tied because I would have bought the wrong size. 5/5 stars, love the products and service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best place to buy shoes for your little one! We have a 9 month old who is just starting to walk and everyone said we needed to go here. They helped us figure out what size and recommended the perfect pair. Their prices were even lower than Von Maur for the same pair. I defiantly plan on purchasing all my son’s shoes from here!

Ive honestly had great customer service here. The staff have always been very helpful and have helped me find shoes that really make my feet happy (Ecco if you want to be specific). As Ive been getting older I have really starting to appreciate a good pair of shoes. My hips and lower back dont hurt when I have to be on my feet for long periods of time now.

I had feet problems went into this store and got some new shoes and insoles and made all the difference. Glad I went to this store first. The people that work here are very good help. They do what’s best for you. Reasonable priced. I recommend there smart wool socks too they work wonders for sweaty feet.

We shop her often for new shoes. I enjoy the one-on-one help with the salesperson. They have quality brands and I am usually able to find some good deals. I love that they carry wide width.

The beauty of this place is that they actually fit the kids shoes... and the shoes are such good quality that the kids can outgrow them before theyre completely worn out. My son wore a pair from here every day for over a year and they still looked very tidy by the time he outgrew them.

Great selection of brands of shoes, sandals, boots in tons of sizes which I appreciate as Im a size 11. Great customer service, locally owned business which I love even though Im guilty of online ordering too from time to time. Ive bought hiking shoes, Chacos, insoles and socks here and excellent experience every time. Also nice clearance selection in the back clearance room in the off seasons.

We try to buy all of our childrens shoes here because this place is incredibly accommodating as well as having the best customer service in town! They have a great selection and are quite knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend them!

Ever since the new owners took over, its been great! They are so helpful and the store is more inviting. Love love love that store!!!! Its the only store Ill take my kids to for shoes!

Terrible customer service. We took my 2 year old daughter in with special insoles to get fitted for a pair of shoes. The sales representative seemed annoyed and less than helpful. She didn’t suggest any options that she thought might work and just generally seemed annoyed. We drove two hours expecting to be helped by someone who knew how to properly fit a child, offer suggestions and to all around be helpful. Next time we will just drive to Rochester. I wouldn’t recommend this store if your child has wide feet or any special appliances for their shoes. If your child has a standard foot, they do have a nice selections.

You get what you pay for here. Theyre not as cheap as Target, but they are a better value. Good shoes are too important to skimp on.
