Five stars or a review from me are hard to achieve but well deserved. This was as easy as it comes. A quick phone call, no hassles, a quote to my email, provided a code to my home and came home to soft water! This was awesome service. Wouldn’t even look elsewhere .

All of the employees that I have come in contact with Culligan Des Moines are some of the best. They make sure you are very happy with their service. The products they sell are exactly what stated in their brochures and from their sales people. This is a great company.

Got a new RO water system installed a couple weeks ago. Great service, professional install, and great tasting water! No complaints!

Shortly after we moved into our house, we noticed the water smelled heavily of chlorine. We called Culligan because we planned on getting a water softener installed anyway, but after speaking to them, we soon opted for a reverse osmosis system line to our refrigerator and a line to our kitchen sink. By having this system installed, we actually are going to save money every year since we don’t have to purchase water filters for our refrigerator! Everyone we talked to and worked with was extremely helpful and polite! We’d recommend this company to anyone!

Our Culligan man always takes good care of us! He delivers our salt and even pours it into our water softener for us. When hes here hell check to be sure that its running properly too. They are a very efficient group of folks! Good product, good service, soft water!

We drink a lot of water and love the convenience of our bottled water and cooled dispenser! We no longer have to get the Grandkids a drink. They know the drill! From Aaron the salesman to the installation this was a great experience. Aaron went over all the options and answered all of our questions. Installation was on time and fast. He (Cant remember his name :( ) took the time to explain it to me. Amazing will definitely recommend people to Culligan!

We have used Culligans for over 19 years ago and have depended on Culligan ever since. They know when we will need Salt for our Softener and deliver faithfully. Makes it easier than trying to remember myself and take care of it. There service has been impeccable.

The installation and sales rep were great when we had our water softener installed. Salt refills and deliveries have been difficult. Your choices are either to stay home all day or let the delivery man have access to your home. Our water softener is inside our home so we don’t feel comfortable letting a random person inside while we aren’t home. Therefore, I’m forced to stay home all day if I want salt delivered. They won’t give you a time frame or call at all prior to delivery. They also only have 1 day available every 2 weeks for delivery. It’s just not convenient and really difficult to accommodate, compared to other companies.

We have never had any problems with our Culligan water softener. It makes a huge difference to our water. Service is always great too including communication from the company. Would highly recommend if you are looking to improve the quality of your water.

Excellent salt delivery at reasonable price

It has been a great experience working with Culligan. They have excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for getting soft water. My eczema has cleared up and we are using far less laundry and dish soap.

Staff at West Des Moines store is great from installation to periodic salt delivery. Very friendly whenever I need help. My suggestions are to improve your online web presence and offer salt in smaller bags when customer has to load it.

Great customer service and wonderful soft water! Best of all is that I dont have to haul bags of salt down to the basement!

I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of the salesman (Robb), and the installation was done by a very nice, clean-cut gentlemen that was very courteous, and respectful of my house. The installer, Rob W, seemed very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on the installation. His copper sweat joints were very clean and everything looked professional when he was done. As a contractor myself, I pay attention to details like this. The fact that the salesman and installer both had more than 10 years of service with Culligan, tells me the company is a good place to work, and must care about their employees. This is rare in the present day. Kudos to you Culligan! Thanks!

I love my system! I just wrote a long reason why and was hoping that would be posted here. In brief: It is 15 years old, it keeps my familys skin soft all year long, I use less shampoo and laundry detergent, I dont have to clean my bathtub and shower as often, their customer service is excellent and I love that they deliver high quality salt, that keeps my machine working well, right to my door.

We have had a Culligan water softener for over five years. It has always worked perfectly. Culligan also delivers our salt. They always arrive when scheduled.

I use Culligans water and salt deliver service and they are top notch! Always on time. They always deliver the salt to the basement and add how much is needed. They also put my water bottles where I need them to make it as easy for me as possible! If you arent using them, you should be!

We appreciate the salt delivery. The water in our town is very hard, without the delivery we would forget to do it, which would jeopardize our appliances. They have also guided us on when we can skip a delivery based on our usage.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Culligan. The salesman came out and showed me everything that a softener can do, and the best part is I didnt have to buy anything. Theyre there only company that rents sodteners and drinking water systems. I was able to rent for 6 months to try it out and then they applied that money to my purchase. All any other company told me they could do was sell it to me. Other companies cant compare

We installed a Culligan water softener and the reverse osmosis filtering system in December. Everything about this customer experience was as close to perfection as it could be. The Culligan office actually answered their phone when I called, and they had a salesman visit with me and my husband the next day. Aaron Graff is the salesman who met with us, and he is absolutely awesome. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the products, and his honest, genuine approach. Who wouldnt want to buy from Aaron? He was not pushy, or overly eager to sell us something. We appreciated his friendly, laid back approach, because I am turned off by high pressure sales people. Although we had done our research on our water quality, Aaron really helped educate us on what is in our water. Our system was installed within days. It was a big job, and it took nearly all day, but the guys were fantastic. With all the work required for our job, it was unbelievable how clean and neat they left our home. Best of all, now our water tastes amazing, and the hard water issues we previously experienced have all disappeared --from a water spot-free shower, to cleaner clothes. We also use much less detergent and dish soap than before. And my skin is no longer itchy!! As crazy as it seems, I am in love with our crystal clear ice cubes. Yes, they are clear! I went from a person who never took a sip of water to one who carries around an insulated cup of ice water with me everywhere I go. And, I feel better because of it. I cant say enough positive things about the benefits of the R/O System and the Water Softener from Culligan. I highly recommend Aaron Graff and Culligan of Des Moines. Horrible customer service... I would think twice before going with them...We were trying to sell our house and had our basement floors redone and they came to remove the water softer (which was not good at all) and they damaged the floors. We complained and told them at the very least, we did not think we should pay our final bill of $69.00 since it was going to cost a lot more to redo our floors. Did nothing..... caught billing us. Finally paid the balance owed so we would not have to deal with them. Would never use them again.
