Active Endeavors is a prime example of how small businesses can be successful when they treat customers and prospective customers with utmost respect. I purchased a Patagonia jacket last year and their staff went out of their way to help me work through couple issues with the manufacturer, and eventually replaced the jacket with a new one. Jeff is very professional, honest, and knows his stuff. They have earned my business and trust.

Went to pick up a couple pairs of cold weather socks. Weather was 0 degrees. There were about 15 people standing outside and they were only letting a certain number of customers in the store supposedly because of Covid. I always try to buy local and support small business’. I left and called the store and told them I will never shop there again. The guy said Ok no problem. I spend a lot of $ there and again will never go back.

Great store to get quality shoes that will support your feet based on your primary activity. They allow you to slip them on and try them out on the treadmill. They selected 4 possibilities for me and I tried them all on the treadmill. Then I eliminate one or two, and from the remaining shoes I check them out again till I found to perfect shoe for me. They were not pushy. The fit is perfect and will return every time I need some type of sports shoe.

I have been very pleased with Active Endeavors. They have a huge selection of top-notch clothing and outdoors apparel. I purchased a suitcase from them in 2014. A drag bag. I traveled Europe with it. When I got home, I noticed damage to the corners. I took it in to Active, they called me like the next day saying the company was not repairing it, they would give me a new one at no charge. Thats service folks.

Always such friendly staff that goes above and beyond for their customer. Active Endeavors is the first place I go when looking for outdoor gear. Theyve helped me re-string my tent poles, opened items to let me get a better look / feel (rocking camp chairs), and they always have a great selection of my favorite brands (Patagonia!)

My ex husband no exaggeration spent over 3000 grand in this store the last couple of months. He likes a certain brand that the store carries so my daughter and I went in there and bought him something It was a 179 flannel shirt. Anyway, because he does spend so much money in there he happen to already have this exact same one. I bought it on December 24th. I went back in today to return it with the receipt and they would not give me my money back only in-store credit. The guy was explaining to me that I had to have it turned in to get my money back by the eighth I ask him how we were supposed to know that and he said that they tell us when we check out even though hes the one that help me and no way did he told me that. I will never go back there again and will do whatever I can for my ex-husband not to spend that kind of money he spends in that store!!

I have shopped at Active Endeavors for almost a decade and the staff is always friendly and always has excellent product knowledge. It doesnt matter if you are looking for a pair of socks to wear with snow boots of gearing up for an alpine climb. They do it all!
