Very thorough cigar selection. Great looking and organized humidor. Prices are however too high. Many of the same cigars are available at David’s Briar 2 miles away for 1/3 or 1/2 the cost. Lounge looks good with nice chairs. However the ventilation system is not adequate for the space and number of patrons.

Just left this place! I was in a hurry looking for some small cigars to just go and have a good time with some buddies of mine. And James took me through made some good suggestions for me and got me in and out in a nice efficient manner but was not short with me very helpful and I will be coming back soon.Thanks you guys.

Very informative and helpful employees with a great lounge. Id been in to pick up a few random sticks and hadnt been able to enjoy the lounge until recent. A small group of us southern Iowa guys made a trip out of it and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic selection and great lounge!! I was in town on business for a few weeks and stopped by a few times to hang out in the lounge. Friendly environment and a great space to kill time. If I’m ever in Des Moines again I will definitely stop by

Nice comfortable quiet, relaxing, their memberships are 500$ a year, you get 24 hour access to the lounge and your locker, anything you purchase you get a 10% discount and first time purchases after membership is 25% small, but ver nice...

Unless your a hillbilly you probabpy wont get any customer service. Was hoping to become a regular in the cigar community but felt like an outcast with no acknowledgement or offer for an assistance. Very unfriendly environment which is why people prefer online shopping.

This is a really good place, the selection is great. They have a really nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything you could need from a cigar shop.

They have a great selection of cigars. Probably the best in DSM.The store is the humidor. I dont like that the staff smokes in the store. You can see the smoke ash all over the gars. I have to believe this changes the taste of gars without cellophane. This is my only complaint.Priced right.

Okay place to get a couple cigars. Wish top rated cigars were labeled better. A bit on the expensive side. Expect to pay about double what you will online, but you can have it today.

Cant argue with the selection. Tons there. But, at least 20% of the cigars I have purchased are dried completely. The closer the cigar is to the front door, the higher likelihood that it is dry. Ashtons are my favorite, but Ive gotten several dry ones. The last one to disappoint was an Arturo Fuente Don Carlos. No one responds to emails. Spoke with someone on the phone who brashly stated, no refunds. Way to stand by your product. I used to stop in monthly, but Im officially done. Davids doesnt have the selection, but takes a little more pride in building an ACTUAL humidor. Not just a room w/ some 1970s household humidifiers. If you buy from the back wall, you should be fine.
