I called their store and was treated with respect to be able to put a shoe on hold for 24 hours I went in the next day and was proceeded to be told that the shoe was sold I asked to speak to the manager and he said well what do you want me to do I don’t know your job

Store had there music blaring so it was hard to think. I walked up to the counter with a pair of shoes from display and they never acknowledged me and didnt ask if I needed help. They were talking to other employees and not to customers. Even when i first walked in they gave me the dirtiest looks. I refuse to shop at the Valley West Footlocker ever again. After 1 minute of hearing the employees curse i asked for help and left because they didnt have my shoe size. Highly recommend going to Champs which is a couple doors down.

Great selection just didnt have what I was looking for. Guess Ill shop online.
