This is one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences we have had with a company. When we had the company come back out to fix an issue with our island after they installed it they chose to polish that section. Not only does that area look completely different than the rest of the island but they also made a disaster out of our kitchen and dining room and left without notice or cleaning up. We have been working with the owner Amela for over a month and even though she stated they do not stand behind the stone but they do stand behind their labor NOTHING is getting done. She puts us off and says she has to speak with her husband who she refuses to give us his number. We have asked her several times to please come and look at her employees work but she needs to “check her schedule” and will not do so while we are on the phone. She laughed at us when we finally had to threaten small claims which we will now be doing based on her attitude and lack of professionalism! Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company!!!

Absolute worst experience ever! I’d Give them zero stars if I could. They never once did what they said they were going to do. They screwed up our kitchen countertops and refuse to fix them stating that we changed something. Um, did we shorten our room by 1/2”?!? If they don’t fix it I plan on taking them to small claims and reporting them to the AG!And the kitchen cabinets were set before you came. The scribe may not have been but that was an exact 3 inch difference as you were told it would be. That has nothing to do with your 1/2 measurement/manufacturing error! Varalica!
