We love Costco. Great prices and variety. The produce is wonderful. They also have the best rotisserie chicken! Theyre twice as big as what you find in grocery stores, and less expensive too. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. The wine selection is huge! Well worth the trip!

Costco fuel pumps most always have lines but are generally the cheapest source in town. The store tends to be busy as well. Some products have good prices, some are of higher quality and may be worth higher prices, and some are more expensive than in other stores.Most employees are friendly. One observation: If youre a minority and the person at the entrance is white, expect to be asked to show your membership card to be allowed inside.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Warehouse Club around. So much more selections than Sams. Better prices too.

My all time favorite shopping 🛍 place. I am addicted on Costco 😁 every week I must go and buy something. Good quality products and cheaper prices compared with other stores. I use to buy milk and brown sugar here. They have fresh vegetables, meats, fishes and sausages. Collections of t shirts are here for springand summer. They are high quality and low prices.

Really enjoy shopping at Costco. Wish there was another location close. This Costco is always very busy.

Great for wholesale shopping. You can find a decent selection of most of the supplies here. I am not that happy with the quality of fruits as they perish quickly. The recent implementation of self check out makes your life even more easier. Their strawberry shake in the food area is a must try, it tastes real good. Their customer service is excellent. Especially if the goods are damaged over time, they are quick enough in addressing it almost immediately.

They did not have napkins. Understandable if Im shopping at home Depot. But Costco? Not so much. They should get napkins.

Very busy alot. Doesnt actually have everything you need for one trip. If you are planning to get everything in on stop (being a mom) this isnt the place I had to cross off the list and stop somewhere else for the rest. Sad :(. Sampling is nice though and alot of the bulk the had was a good deal.

Great prices and quality. Usually buy my fruits such as apples and grapes from Costco. Just cant beat the price.

First time in the store, very impressed with the prices and employees were helpful. And the samples, oh my goodness, I could have had lunch on samples alone.

A Costco is a Costco. The people I see working here, have been here for years-good sign. The selection is limited, and they slip in some bogus health products here and there, but it’s a pretty good store.

I shop Costco in WDM several times a month. I like this store. It’s neat and clean and there is generally plenty of merchandise. The prices are very good especially for the fruits and produce items. The store is well organized and the employees are helpful and friendly. They are exceptional at the checkout area. Each checkout counter generally have two people working and even with a full cart they get this process completed in a very efficient manner. They do a much better job than almost every other retailer in this area. The gas prices are usually the lowest in the area and this is another well run department. There is always an active attendant willing to help if a problem arises.

Our favorite place to shop. They have everything with the best variety and quality. We go there twice in a month at least.

The Costco in West Des Moines has fantastic employees, and is very efficiently run. The most impressive thing is how fast they get people through the checkout lines. Im there so often I may have to start going to a Costco support group to help me with my addiction :), I should just have my paycheck deposited there instead of the bank. All kidding aside definitely got to give them 5 stars!

This Costco is always clean and stocked well. They just got a self checkout and that has been awesome! I do however wish the workers would smile more. I feel like most of them just look like they hate life lol.

I do not have a membership, but have considered getting one. However the last few times I have visited with family Ive been less then impressed. What happened to allowing members to have a guest shop with them? Or treating your customers with respect and dignity. I grew up going to Costco with my mom and Im very disappointed in the direction you are heading. We will not get a membership.

Raymonds is a Centerville family tradition. I cant imagine a summer without them. I had my first ever tenderloin here nearly 10 years ago. Its a pleasure to visit every time to rediscover the same old down-home deliciousness and create new memories with my family.My only critique is the outdoor seating could stand being wiped down more often. Thats never stopped me from getting one of their shakes, though!

My 1 or 0 star review for costco online order. I ordered a washer and dryer through costco online on 09/08/2021 and the estimated delivery time displayed in their website as sep21st. I already cancelled the sure bet order from other vendor and placed this order with costco, the only reason was they have 2 year warranty where others have 1 year warranty. That was the biggest mistake I ever did. We moved to our new home on Sep20th and its been almost 2 weeks surviving without a washer and dryer. I cannot even cancel this order because this was Labor day deal which is not available right now.I accepted the fact that there will be a delay in delivery during this pandemic time but costco can clearly communicate that to the customer. right now when i check my status with tracking number am getting this message No Results were found for tracking Number:008470038690xxxxxxxxx.Think twice before you book through costco online if it is a time sensitive item. if it is available instore go ahead and get it

Overall, I really love Costco. However, I am more than fed up with them trying to upsell me on the membership. When checking out, the cashier will flag down another team member who tries to convince me to spend even more money to get an upgraded membership with features I dont need. The first time, I cut them some slack and figured it was a yearly promo or something. But theyve tried three times and Im tired of being harassed when Im just trying to quickly buy some groceries for my family. I havent had this experience at other Costcos that Ive visited so I am lead to believe that it is isolated to this location which is disappointing.

Costco is great. If they have what you want, its a great place to get it. They have some fantastic deals and really good quality stuff. The service is good and the people generally friendly.The one downside is that they are nearly always busy. That can be hard to overcome when all you want is a couple things.

Its Costco which is clean and has quality products at fair prices. Gasoline is about 20 cents a gallon cheaper than other nearby gas stations.

We just got new tires at the Costco in Cedar Rapids and needed to have the torque checked on the tires. They had us pull up and they did the check on the spot. Less than 5 minutes. They were great!

We went to see how much Keto food they had, and they had a lot! You can always find get deals there. Got a couple of towels also that are $25-$30 towels for $10 a piece.

Im only giving it 3 stars because its so small. I really expected a bigger or regular size Costco for this area. It being so small means they dont offer as much product. However I do love Costco.

I have both a Sams club and costco membership and by far love Costco more. The produce and meat selection are by far better quality. There are some things I just cant find anywhere else... big bag of frozen wild blueberries, the best frozen cherries, Kirkland granola, the list goes on

Apparently they dont let you use your own credit card (unless its through them I believe) but it had everything I needed for the most part, and most of it was cheaper then I can find it at other places.

Overall we had a good visit. The employees were helpful and friendly. Im sorry to say they didnt have everything we needed in stock. Maybe next time. It was extremely busy. It would be nice if they had a second one in town.

I had a poor experience at the self checkout today. I was having difficulty scanning my membership through the app and then attempted it by picture. The representative claimed that the membership was not me and refused the sale. Poor customer service, they should have more training. I typically spend $500-$1,000 each shopping trip, debating on cancelling my membership over this awful experience.

Man, talk about TVs and they had more large TVs than any other vendor I have visited, plenty in excess of 80, well worth checking out if a new TV is in your future!

They really seem to have this warehouse model figured out. One problem have had repeatedly is the meat department. Whomever is cutting steaks needs more training on trimming properly. If I’m paying for prime I expect a quality properly trimmed piece of beef, leave the fat, take the silver skin folks. Otherwise great employees.

Costco was just fine. No issues, no crowds. Just the ordinary exercise trying to find stuff around the store.

I spend more time waiting in line than actually shopping. There are zero reasons that all registers arent open on the weekends. Its ridiculous. Its the definition of poor management.Also, the tire shop and vision center are great. Its a shame abysmal management of the warehouse take away from the good job those folks do.

We love COSTCO. This is a very well run store and if you cant fined it here you can fined it within 2 miles of this store.

Employees are always rude to me when I’m shopping for Instacart but decent (never above expectations) when I’m shopping as a customer. I’m definitely always uncomfortable at check out. I get they’re trying to be time efficient but I always feel so rushed and a huge inconvenience when I’m having to bag my own items and they’re practically pushing me out of their aisle.

Found several of our regular items on sale ! Found a couple of new things to try.Got out of there under a $100 !! Woo Hoo !!

Friendly service, long lines at the holiday but moved quickly. Cooked whole chicken and apple crunch muffins delicious and reasonably. However beware! Always watch prices some items marked price per pound ... a frozen chicken breast entree for 4 cost over $25.

We had something to return today and Costco is always very easy to return items. The store was not busy even though it was 11. The gas prices were less than any other station around here or Northern Missouri. As usual the people were great, the store was clean and everything is very well taken care of. I also like the way they reminded my husband he did not have a mask on and handed him one.

Please, clean the store and repair your display items. Most of them are very beat up.

Itd ok. You need more checkers for buddy days. Also the gas pumps need to be or better designed. Get in getting in line waiting on the people that mane the mistake going on the opposite side of the car, then a person cant get around to the next open pump.

A good place to get bargains on toilet paper, paper towels, meat and snacks. Probably not the best place to shop though for a family of two as everything is super sized!
