We’re renting our home, and the management company typically isn’t the most timely about getting things done. So we called Hoss Heating & Cooling and he was over within a couple hours, fixed the issue within a half hour and gave us a great price. Highly recommend hiring him to fix your heating and cooling needs. He also is a lover for animals, which shows his true character. Great guy!

I had called all the “big companies” to learn only one thing, they couldn’t tell me when they could be at my house and they all wanted to make sure I understood their astronomical trip charges. I ran across Hoss Heating and Cooling just thumbing through google. Gave him a call and he was at my house within an hour. Within another hour my ac was running optimal again. Guy(the owner/technician) found the refrigerant leak, repaired the leak, added refrigerant back to the system, checked the temperature of air coming out of the registers and even cleaned the outside unit. I won’t say the exact price but it was less than some of the “big companies” trip charges. To be fair, I usually only leave negative reviews, but Guy was great and he deserves this review plus he is a small locally owned business.

Guy was fantastic. He discovered the issue with our furnace right away, fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly and informed me throughout the process. His price was very reasonable. And to top it off he was so great with our dog, who can be quite the handful. Weve had heating and cooling issues before and have used different technicians, but well be sticking with Hoss.

Very Professional and very through when it came to cleaning and assessing any problems with our Air Conditioner. He found a part that was ready to stop working. He showed it to us along with the reading on his meter that it was very weak and ready to go out. Saved us from having to wait until a very hot day to find out we had a problem. We also had him clean our furnace and he found everything was running fine. Will use him again and again!

I just met Mr. Hoss this morning for a presumed bid/quote and to talk through options (or so I thought) at a property that we own. I was unimpressed with Mr. Hosss ability to effectively communicate options and present solutions. He seemed to indicate that he wasnt happy with the current system and the refrigerant lines - OK, fine. If he (for whatever reason) is not willing to charge it after identifying a leak then so be it. But, being unprofessional and unhelpful in helping to use the little time we have together in plotting a path forward is just... exactly that. Unfortunately its a bit of par for the course in this industry. Im not broad brushing Mr. Hoss, however.... I had a very specific and negative interaction with him in evaluating a project together. Little/no value add and wasted both our time.

Just bought a condo and needed my furnance serviced and fireplace lite. Wasnt sure who to call. Happen to find Hoss Heating and Cooling online. I put in my information online and Guy called me back within minutes. He worked with my schedule. Was right on time. Excellent service. Told me everything he did and what I may need to look out for in time. He was so pleasnt to work with and answered all questions I had. Very reasonable price! Will be calling in the spring to service my air.
