We went in to replace a battery in a Fossil watch. We were told no charge. Amazing! Michael was the clerk that helped us. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this store.

I went in for a battery repair for a watch I planned on using for an important interview. I thought i remember the battery swap being like $8 or around there. I was informed by a very polite pair of store associates that because they are now a Specialty Store the battery swap was FREE!!! AWESOME!!(Always keep your fossil tins, its part of the experience!)

I stopped in today to trade my watch for a new one. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted when I arrived, but the associate who was in at the time was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through all of the options, and once I was ready for check-out, I had ended up with the perfect watch set for my tastes. Your experience truly is dictated by the person who guides you through it, and she seemed to know everything about Fossil watches, from jewelry style to impeccable customer service and everything in between. I only regret that I forgot her name (I only remember that it was shorter and unique) - she deserves to be recognized! Thank you!!

I bought my smartwatch from this store in February and just this week it wouldnt turn on. I took it into the store, explained my problem, and they replaced it with no fuss! I was so impressed! I was prepared to have to defend myself and fight a little bit to get it fixed as most stores question you up and down about why it wont work. I wasnt expecting at all for them to just give me a new watch. Special shout out to Tim for being so nice and fun to interact with!
