Unfortunately, Ive had to use Qualitys service several times. Each time I get a vehicle out of the body shop Im impressed. The company name well describes their work: Quality.The staff is very friendly, also. I hope I dont have to go there again, but if I do, I know Ill be satisfied.

I took my car in after a accident and I think they did more to lower the value of it than the accident. First the radiator was wired in and a month later it fell out pulling out the hose causing my car to overheat. Grill was glued together so was a fog light lens. Water over flow was broken yet and leaked. Wires in wire harness was pinched causing a short in my auto start. I went back with it in 3 days and they said nothing they did caused it. $5700 bill. I talked to my insurance who said they were the best. He still sends people there. I will not go there again and I have a new insurance.

Went in today to get a windshield chip repaired. I did not need an appointment, 15 minutes later it was done at no cost. Very friendly and efficient...thanks

I came here before for a broken side mirror they did an excellent job so I wanted to come back when my windshield had a rock chip. My insurance was going to make the appt for me and they were told to tell me to stop in anytime and they would take care of it. I went the same day and 15 minutes later out the door with the chip fixed at no charge. Super happy customer! I would definitely reccomend!

Excellent customer service. They gave me a free ride to Barnes and Noble while I waited on my windshield replacement. I spent a few hours reading and got picked up. New windshield, cleaned and detailed car also free of charge for a great price. This place goes above and beyond with their customers and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I had my truck and one of my moms vehicle in in the past year from people nearly totaling out our vehicles, I love these people they’re very good at their job and will do whatever it takes to ensure the customers satisfaction, I’m very picky about who does what on my truck and I’m glad I went to them. When they pulled up our car I was blown away. It looked showroom ready and in perfect condition!!! It was amazing. The best! Cant say enough! Thanks! Wind caught my drivers side door and bent it into my front fender. After bending it back it was misaligned and would only open about 6 inches. If I attempted to open it would only damage the fender more. Went to advanced for an estimate. Even though they were busy an employee got my keys and pulled it into the garage. I sat down in lobby and Bing bang boom. 10 minutes later they fixed the door, bent out and fixed the fender and said No Charge, have a great day! I was mind blown that service like this could still exist. Any future issues with any cars in my family, they will definitely get the business.

I could not speak more highly of the service I received at Advance. My 15 Mercedes took a pounding to both pass. bumpers, door, and rear quarter panel. A very reputable business that has been around for many years. Their wall of Thank You cards from satisfied customers explains it all.

I took my Mercedes in because I had tried to remove tree sap from the hood with 409 and a scrub sponge. It left 3 spots on it I could not fix. AAB buffed, sanded and polished the spots and it looks great. They even gave me some touch-up paint in case I got a paint chip. They did this all and didnt charge me anything. They have made me a customer for life.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Advanced Auto Body and Glass, but I wont be giving them my business again. My truck needed a new hood and the front two fenders. They never took the time to blend the colors together, so when I came to pick up my truck it was two-tone and a terrible color match. It was embarrassing they even tried to get me to take it home. Additionally, when I picked up my truck the second time, the passenger window wouldnt roll down all the way and the passenger door wouldnt open from the inside. All of the issues above lead to my truck being in the shop 1 week above what was quoted.

Neil & Ross are consummate professionals, unfortunately I have had to use their services more often than I would have liked to. But on each occasion, they have delivered work and services beyond my expectations (My expectations are lofty)

Took my car here after someone piled into me. They came in about $500 less than the other places I got estimates, and insisted they only use OEM parts. Took them about a week to finish my car but considering the amount of parts that needed replacing and painting, I figure that was probably about right. Wouldnt even know the car was ever hit. Owner comes off as a little intimidating but their work speaks for itself. Will definitely come back next time some idiot on their phone runs into me again.

Honestly they were terrible. Called a week in advanced to have back windshield replaced and when the day came it was the wrong part. They told me wait another 3 days, I already paid for it on the day of my appointment. They kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow but ended up waited about a week for the dang part. They have a service that gives you a ride back home that was helpful. In turn, they kinda sucked.

Advanced is the only place I take my vehicles for body work, I have always had a great experience with all of the staff involved!

We had a very pleasant experience. We required a minor paint touch up on our vehicle. This was done free of cost. They were very curteous to ask us if we needed a vehicle while our vehicle was being worked on. I would recommend AAB&G for auto paint and repair jobs.

I decided to fix my 2013 Toyota Camery with professional shops. So, I went to this large mechanic because I saw all the good reviews on the web. After a little conversation, I mentioned about someone who pervoiously, roughly fixed my car. I dont know what was their problem between them, but he accused me of being his friend. He told me to leave the shop and said that he doesnt work with anyone who knows the other mechanic. I tried to explain that I wasnt his friend, but he didnt trust me, also he didnt bother to listen to me at all. He just dumped me out of his office and told me to leave. He was very rude and unprofessional. I felt discriminated because I am a foreigner and because of that discrimination, I dont recommend anyone and any foreigner to have thier car fixed there!!

I was so turned off by the estimate that I wont even consider this place for my repair work. Ross was incredibly rude, cold, and short with us that we already decided not to go with this shop before we walked out of the building. The estimate was also $1,000 over what I received at Coreys Customs because Ross added unnecessary work to the estimate. This place has the worst staff Ive ever interacted with.

I am from Saskatchewan passing though Fargo. I had gotten a stone chip on the Hwy. Advanced fixed my chip without even an appointment and did all of this at NO Charge!!!

I’ve have nothing but good experiences with Advanced, in 17 years of service any issues that arose were dealt with expediently and professionally.
