I was looking for an inexpensive twin mattress option for my son. Cody Crimmins sales associate was able to hop on the computer and make a couple calls. Got me a great deal!! I will certainly go back for any more mattress needs. Great service!

Jesse was super accommodating. He never pressured us into a sale, but rather armed us with information to make the best decision possible when purchasing a new bed. Jesse was also extremely personable. He even came to Fargo all the way from Bismarck for the weekend to help out the Fargo store. 10/10 would recommend.

Shandy and Cody were warm and genuinely welcoming from the second I entered the Fargo store. They were knowledgeable without being high pressure, and I felt like I was heard when I said the important things I was looking for a bed. I highly recommend buying your bed from these folks!

Sales associate was very nice and informative. Knew the mattresses well and even gave us free delivery because we had to wait for a few minutes while she got distracted by another customer.

Very friendly staff member. Depending on what your wanting depends on the cash amount your willing to part with. High end 7gs with a electric base. Lower end 3gs. So freaking hard to decide.

I wanted relay the exceptional experience I had last night (07/15/2019) at the Mattress Firm on Veterans Avenue in Fargo.When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Donte with friendly smile and firm handshake. We told him a bit about what we had in mind for a bed and the first bed he had us try was the one we ended up getting. We tried several others but kept coming back to his first suggestion. To me this illustrates a solid understanding of their products.Our two kids, 7 and 3, were being rambunctious and distracting but another associate, Lena, stepped in and started playing with them! She played with them the entire time we were there. This let us focus on picking the right bed. In fact, my 3 year old said he didn’t want to leave.I had to leave for a quick meeting before we had finalized our decision and moved the money from saving to checking. Donte offered to wait for me past the 8:00 pm closing time to get everything taken care of.I got back to the store a couple minutes after 8:00 and he was there, true to his offer, and we got everything paid for and finalized.I’ll also offer that the store was clean and organized, there were cold beverages and Donte’s shoes were on point!
