This was my first time using this location, as with work I am now in an area where dents and even hit and runs happen. My rear bumper had been “hit and run-ed” so prior to turning my lease in I was repairing minor damage. The owner Aldo and his assistant Nicole are extremely friendly, helpful and informative making the entire process fast, efficient and speedy for my busy schedule. Great communication for my pickup via text and voicemail was extremely helpful. Car was returned much cleaner then I left it, and after a winter of skiing and hiking on top of it being my “mobile office”....it was pretty gross to begin. Experience was so smooth, I am going to return shortly to fix another dent that I was planning on taking the hit for at lease end. Can’t recommend enough!

My daughter brought her vehicle to this establishment due to a driver that had hit her. She went in only once and from that moment on knew immediately that AC Automotive was not the pleasant body shop experience she deserved.The receptionist was cold and mute, and the service manager Aldo had not introduced himself or bothered to walk my daughter through the entire process of tasks that would occur during her visit.Not only was Aldo late taking my daughters appointment but he also tried to brush my daughters appointment off (in the midst of her appointment) in an attempt to service one of his friends that drove up on the premises with no prior appointment scheduled but clearly saw my daughter was being serviced and said he could wait until Aldo was finished with her vehicle.Thank goodness he was kind enough to not take advantage of his friend perks because Aldo even asked the guy if he was sure he wanted to wait or have him take a look right then and there and the guy said no he was sure and would wait until my daughter was finished.This initial meeting was such an unprofessional turn off that my daughter is no longer pursuing service at this establishment and we are advising our friends and family to avoid this place as well.It is unfathomable that this occurred for her. This was the first accident she had been in and these folks were not helpful at all and seemed to rush her out. Very cold, rude and dismissive of my daughter. They had very little communication with my daughter and acted as if was no one. It was as if my daughter had to ask them a series of questions about her file just to confirm they had the right information. Any other establishment would be forthcoming with data and processes but these guys were quiet and barely spoke to her unless they felt they absolutely had to.I suppose some simply desire payment with no regard to upholding customer service and making the customer feel welcomed, no matter who they are.I suppose this establishment just isnt a good fit for all folks however if youre a friend of theirs theyll treat you like gold. My family and I have always taken our cars to AC Automotive whenever we’ve needed body work done and we can’t recommend them enough. After an accident I just had, they were able to fix up my car and walked me through the process and updated me on the status of the repair as the week went on. It could not have been a better experience.This is the third time I gave used AC for bodywork. I wont go anywhere else again. I had an older Mercedes that needed a spruce up. Aldo worked with me to come up with a plan to hit the major items and the project came out great. Within budget and on time.Cant say enough about AC.

I just want to say that today I was going back and forth with enterprise and my insurance company liberty mutual about the extension of my rental vehicle.After going back and forth through texting and phone calls liberty mutual decided to blame AC Automotic for not informing them of my car still being in the shop.I called AC Automative about what was going on and they informed me they update liberty mutual everyday about my car. The gentlemen that I spoke too just made my day because I was becoming frustrated. I was already out of $600 because of the rental and miscommunication with my insurance.The gentlemen at AC Automotive told me that he will call both enterprise and liberty mutual to handle and fix everything. That made my day because I was becoming frustrated. AC Auto fix my car from an accident it was in. They had to replace and paint my bumper fender and replace headlight. They also had to replace one of my rims which was custom painted and they custom painted exactly the same way. My car looks brand new.

I chose this location to get my car fixed through insurance due to an accident. The service from the beginning was amazing. The estimate took about 15 minutes and was provided to my insurance company the same day. A repair date was scheduled immediately. I was advised that it would take about a week however the job was completed in 2 days! All the while, Nicole kept me updated through the process! My car looked amazing! I brought my car in for body work. I dropped it off Friday at 3:45pm (they close at 5pm) they are closed for the weekend. Monday they ordered my parts and had my car DONE by Wednesday at 1:30pm. They offered text message or phone calls with updates on the status of my car while it was being worked.They even gave me a goody bag that i can hook onto the back of my seat and reuse! It was filled with mints, a water bottle, and brochure. My car looks better than it did the day i bought it! I swear they cleaned it. I will be recommending them to everyone i know.They were polite, professionals, patient, and reassured me everything was going to work out just right.

I have taken my car to A C Automotive over the years and have never been disappointed but this last job they did for me was incredible. My bumper and fender were completely torn apart from the car, due to an accident, and because my car is no longer manufactured Aldo told me it would have cost over $4,000 for new parts. Even if he could get refurbished parts it still would have cost about $4,000. My car is old and I was pretty sure the insurance company would have totaled the car since getting new parts and repairing the car would have cost more that what the car is worth. Aldo was extremely informative and said he could try to put the pieces together and fix the headlight which got damaged as well, but he couldnt make any promises. I told him I understood but that he should go ahead and try to fix the car. The following day Aldo told me the car was ready and I could not believe the incredible job they did! Except for a few scrapes from the accident the fender looks great!! I have never written a review about anything or anyone before, but A C automotive did such a great job fixing my car that I had to write this review. If your car needs any autobody work go to A C automotive. They are the best!

Where do I start! My car went into repairs with a smashed rear end and side panel with other previous damage. I was not at fault, so the “hitters” insurance paid for all repairs. Guy and his body shop team at AC Auto was very very generous enough to fix some older scratches and my bent door frame FREE OF CHARGE!!! I was very grateful he did that. He asked if I wanted it done for $200 extra but I didn’t have the funds at the time, so when I arrived to pick up my vehicle he had fixed those damages! AC Auto made my car look better then it did when I purchased the vehicle! I couldn’t thank him enough for what he did to my vehicle. I would definitely use this body shop again and will recommend this to EVERYONE!!! Good people still exist in this world, Thank You AC Auto!!!!!!

BEWARE! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I scratched the side of a pick up truck and the rental sent it to AC Auto, and I was stuck with a bill of $943.70!!! Its not that they had to replace any parts, just paint!! Apparently it took them 15.1 hours of labor to remove a scratch and paint the vehicle!! SUCH A SCAM. I included a picture of the invoice just so everyone knows how they do business. If you want to know more about my experience feel free to contact me.

The sunroof glass of my car is broken due to bouncing rock on highway. I worried what I should do if driving in a rainy day. I happened to drive by A C Automotive and walked in asking if they have weather barrier film I can buy. After I explained how the glass was broken, Aldo, who is the owner, immediately told me he could do me a favor and help me out. He and two technicians applied the film to cover the sunroof glass. It is also free of charge!!! Can you believe it? What nice and beautiful people they are. Thank you!!

Very professional. Great work on time

Said it would take one week. Took a full month had to pay $500+ extra for my car rental because of this. Got it back, trunk won’t close properly and white paint sprayed on my interior all over my doors couldn’t remove it all. Only had a small dent the size of a tennis ball. That was fixed.
