This was a nice independent place the more you buy the more you save how can you go wrong with Omaha Steaks theyre always good.

Great deals on great food. Owner and sales associate very helpful, professional and very concerned with customer satisfaction. Clean, well stocked store with many appealing specials.

It was a good experience. During the pandemic they controlled the amount of customers in the store. They also didnt let anyone go in the freezers, they took out the items you requested. I was able to use the points that I earned online and redeem them in store. I will return.

How you handle the Pandemic has become the most important thing for many people. I walked in, wearing a cloth mask and there was a staff member with her mask down. As another staff member came out of the back without a mask, I excused myself, came back in wearing an N95. This is an upselling place. I wanted two steaks and I chose them in 2 seconds. They had to explain to me (by this time she ha put a mask on but hadnt bothered to pinch those now so it was gaping on the top, bottom and sides) a whole bunch of deals and sign me up for this and that. Theres so much talking. It was about 10 minutes of being close face to face that was totally unnecessary. Since I had the N95, I wasnt concerned, but I could assess that place as not being safe. So glad Id brought the N95, because its my sons birthday and I was staying regardless....I otherwise would have felt trapped.

Very high pressure sales techniques there. Either the salesladys life is in jeopardy if she doesnt meet her sales quota for the day, or she just dosed some speed. She was out of control pouncing on every customer that walked through the door. You people at Omaha steaks need to chill the heck out. I should be able to look around the store without being harassed.Pro tip: dont ever, under any circumstances, give Omaha steaks your phone number. If you do they will hound you for the next decade, and theres not much you can do about it.

Exceptional Customer Service...! Elizabeth was energetic, knowledgeable and friendly. I left the store with about three times as many meals as I had intended to try, because of the great deals and service.

Great store from with easy shopping and pick up for any occasion or every day meals. Great selection and no need to wait for your purchase or pay for shipping, just pick it out and walk out with it!

Service was great and helpful. They were all out of the plain chicken breats so a pre marinade version took the place. :)
