Purchased a 2017Buick left over. The vehicle was advertised with 3270 miles . At time of purchase it had 5700 miles. There was damage to the headlight and the front bumper and marks near the fuel door probably from a pellet gun. We were told when we put down a deposit that the headlight and the bumper were on order and they would be replaced by them. When we went to pick up the car they demanded first $500 then settled for $300 to replace the bumper that had been further damaged by their service department. This was a cash deal with no trade and we handled the out of state registration and insurance but were still charged a $600 conveyance fee. We went finally to pick up the car only to find they had lost the second FOB and the operators manual. Nobody returns our calls. John Mocaldo has by far the WORST dealerships. STAY AWAY!

This place is a joke! My boyfriend and I went here with my ex husbands check stubs. I gave them to the sales man and told them I need a car. I test drove the car I wanted and then we sat down and wrote some #s on a paper with an estimate of how much the car payments would be. I had to leave but they told me I could take the car just leave a deposit, so I left 100$ and took the car. I came back the next day with my ex husband so he could help sign the paper work for the car. A few days later I was told that I needed to give them 1800$ for the down payment. I told them I never signed anything stating I was giving any down payment. They tried to say the paper with monthly estimates was the paper I agreed to. Make a long story short, they refused to give me my plates and registration so I called the bank who financed the car and they made a phone call to them and told them that they need to give me my property because that down payment has nothing to do with them.

I bought a car from them recently, and had an awesome experience! Miguel worked with me on finding a great deal, and is super friendly and easy to work with. The manager Rafael took time out of his day to talk and work with us as well. The dealership is honest and upfront which is very much appreciated. I love my new car, and will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended!

I purchased my car here last year under previous the previous owners and was happy to see they were under new ownership when I went in to get my oil changed. I scheduled an appointment in person to get my car detailed for a later date, received email confirmation etc. when I showed up I was met with the same gentleman who scheduled the appointment for me, and was looked at like I was insane, was hastily advised their detailer quit and offered little remorse and zero alternative solutions or follow up. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back here.

Jermaine was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful, but team communication was rough. They lost my keys (very funny story... kinda) and had to bring my car to me the next day. Jermaine gets a 15/5, but I cant give 5 stars as a whole. Thank you Jermaine for the incredible experience!

Although, I didnt wind up purchasing a car from Mac Mitsubishi, I can say that the salesmen (Miguel) and manager (Rafael) were very professional. We negotiated and when we couldnt come to an agreement, I left the table without feeling pressured or guilty. They even called back to make a better offer, but unfortunately, it still want within the parameters of my maximum offer. It didnt work out in the end but I will still consider returning for future car purchases at this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealership tp anyone. I sold them my car and it took them a month to pay off my loan which only happened when I got the attorney general involved. I talked to my bank to make sure my credit wouldnt take a hit and I talked to the dealership almost every other day to ask why they havent paid it off. The day it was finally paid off is the day that the attorney general talked to them. For the 2nd time. They had the gaul to Lie to the attorney general also. They lied from day one. Not an honest dealership

Was recommended by dreamauto. Very disappointed, since they said I was approved then turned around and asked for a cosigner. The salesperson cant even tell you how much the car cost. Very dishonest. I thought the days of dishonest salespeople were a thing of the past (I was very mistaken). He called me back 2 weeks later and said I was approved, but now needed a substantial down payment that had to be done today! What a joke! Better off going to a legitimate car dealership.
