Ive worked in the home furnishings industry for over 20 years and theres no one else Id trust to clean/repair/restore my rugs (I just picked up a bunch I had worked on), have an amazing selection, have an encyclopedic knowledge of handmade rugs, and the showrooms are like art galleries!

Great experience with Diane! She came to pick up a rug for cleaning and provided some unplanned design help! 2 days later I was in the store and found the perfect rug to pull the bedroom all together!

They cleaned an area rug on the verge of being tossed, and they really brought it back to life - and made it look better than ever! Their assortment of rugs both in store and online is incredible and gives you no reason NOT to shop local!

The carpet was picked up the day after I called and returned within a week. All stains were removed and the cat pulls were somehow eliminated. The people I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide information about another carpet that we had inherited. The service and results were fantastic.

They were prompt, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely use them again!

I had a great experience at Kaoud Oriental Rugs. We were looking for a rug for our living room that we had just put new hard wood flooring down. We were unsure of what would look good in our room since this was our first time buying a rug and also our first time at a Kaoud Rugs showroom. We walkd in and were pleasantly greeted by a very helpful sales staff and showroom workers. We explained our room, new floors and colors. We brought a sample of our new hard wood floors to help with colors. We also measured our room carefully so that they could help us choose the right size. They proceeded to help guide us with the size we needed and the color rug that would look good with our floors. We went through pile after pile until we found just the right rug! And the price was amazing! We never thought we could afford such a nice rug but they worked with us and within our budget. The quality and colors are truly outstanding! The sales and support staff did a wonderful job! There was absolutely NO pressure to buy! They even gave us the rug on loan to see in our room before we bought it - they didnt even ask for any money! Shopping at Kaoud Rugs is a very pleasant experience. Sales staff is very knowledgable about every aspect of the product and the services provided. Most of the employees have been there at least ten years or more. I met one employee who has been working there over 30 years! They all seem very happy being there and the make sure every person that walks in the door feel welcome and happy to be there. There is no pressure to buy anything - you can eve take rugs home on loan BEFORE you buy! Try before you buy - a great concept. Expecially when you are not sure how the item will look in your room. They have been in business since 1954 so they must be doing something right! I highly recommend Kaoud Rugs.
